If I come to Valencia again, I would definitely choose it again

Pros: Everything you might need was thought of in the house. The cleanliness was very good. The location was very central. The facility staff was very attentive.

Great will definitely be back

Pros: Absolutely perfect space for our group of 4 for 5 nights, really nice shower, and the place had everything we needed great facilities insane location, will definitely be staying here again when back in Valencia

Cons: The only thing to note is that when the shower is in use there is a loud noise outside from the tank which can be a tad irritating for those not in the shower or sitting outside in the terrace/ late at night etc

Very happy. Accommodation was good, not perfect, but happy with the overall stay.

Pros: Location was perfect. Close to parks, local restaurant. In the top end of old town. Walking distance to everything.

Cons: It was just a bit worn and torn. Loose tap in the bathroom, couple of lights not working. Bathroom was not very clean. However you take these as the location was perfect.

Pros: Ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurder ! Midden in het centrum, alles op loopafstand.

Cons: Verwacht geen nieuw appartement, gedateerd maar comfortabel. Tweepersoonsbed is erg smal, mijn vriendin heeft op de bank geslapen. Het rook er beetje muf.

Pros: Estaba muy bien ubicado y bastante limpio. Cuando hubo problemas con las sábanas y toallas nos las acercaron el mismo día.

Cons: Aunque no es culpa del propietario, encontramos varias cucarachas en distintos días. Puede ser debido a que es un piso bajo y hay alcantarillado cerca. Se olvidaron de parte de la sábanas y toallas.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. Sitio tranquilo. Apartamento muy completo. Con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estáncia.

Cons: Las luces led del techo no se apagan del todo, por la noche. Esto es un problema que seguramente el propietario solucionará en breve.

Cons: La bomba del agua hace mucho ruido, y es un apartamento con poca luz natural, el resto todo perfecto.

Estupendo, repetiremos seguro

Pros: El apartamento es súper acogedor,estuvimos muy agusto,no le falta detalle,todo súper limpio y está en todo el centro del casco histórico de Valencia

Cons: Por poner alguna pega,que no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento,al ser casco histórico, no se puede entrar con el coche,hay que dejarle en el parking del mercado central a 10 minutos andando,si vas cargado con maletas y bolsas de comida…llegas reventado y se hace pesado.
