Sunny Cozy Penthouse with a Terrace at Plaza del Carmen

Perfect stay with perfect location in Valencia, but a bit too warm sometimes.

Pros: Perfect location, everything nearby and excellent rooftop for chilling after a long day.

Cons: Shower was a bit small and was also a bit too warm in the room, but that was maybe because of the time of year we went (july).

Pros: Everything was great! The accommodation was exactly as agreed, no unpleasant surprises. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and easy access. I would gladly recommend it to others!

Lovely cosy attic apartment with a fabulous terrace, kitchen/bathroom essentials, close to city centre and restauran

Pros: Lovely terrace, cosy and spotless apartment, plenty of crockery and kitchen / bathroom essentials, perfect location away from busy centre but a short walk to restaurants and attractions. Apartment looks out onto a fabulous plaza with cafés and a restaurant. Comfortable bed and great air conditioning.

Cons: Four flights of stairs up to the apartment is tough with luggage but it is advertised as an attic apartment so no complaints - price point is perfect for the inconvenience. Shower itself is modern but doors and tiles need updating in such a small bathroom. Ceiling is very low on one side of the bed but obviously nothing can be done about that except to put the taller person on the outside! More coffee pods would be appreciated.

Heerlijk rustpunt in een bruisende stad

Pros: Het appartement was precies zoals op de foto's. Cosy maar een fantastische oase van rust aan de rand van het oude centrum van Valencia. Vanaf het heerlijke dakterras uitkijkend over een klein pleintje met terrasjes en een kerk, genieten van mijn kopje Nespresso (ideaal dat er een Nespresso-apparaat staat!) terwijl de vele zwaluwen langs mijn terras cirkelden. En daarna sportief aan de slag in het 8km lange park dat op 5 minuten loopafstand te bereiken is. Zo loop je in een klein uur zelfs naar La Ciudad de las Artes! Binnen een eenvoudige maaltijd klaarmaken? Prima te doen, er was voldoende keukengerei. Uit eten? Het restaurant pal onder het gebouw zat altijd vol, maar de rest van het centrum van Valencia biedt ontelbaar meer mogelijkheden op loopafstand.

Cons: Voor lange mensen is er wat uitdaging door het lage plafond naast het bed, maar als je alleen reist, kies je natuurlijk de kant waar het plafond de normale hoogte heeft. Voor mensen die niet zo goed ter been zijn, zijn de 4 verdiepingen met de trap omhoog wellicht ook een minpuntje. Ik had er geen last van en de supervriendelijke dames van de schoonmaak hielpen me graag met het naar boven tillen van mijn zware trolley.

Pros: Die Terrasse ist großartig und ersetzt das fehlende Wohnzimmer bzw. ein Sofa. Diese Wohnung ist bei gutem Reisewetter zu empfehlen.

Cons: Zusendung des Codes könnte einen Tag vorher erfolgen. Schrägdach über dem Bett ist zu tief Internet könnte besser sein Es fehlen definitiv Lampen an den Betten und in der Küche über dem Esstisch. Steckdosen gibt es zu wenig.

Pros: La terraza genial ! La ubicación, todo muy aseado en general genial estancia 😊 volveremos 😍

Pros: The kind treatment of the lady that works in the house, she was warm and kind Owners spoke to me the best possible way , in a welcoming and warm way; they even are so good listeners

Pros: Het was perfect gelegen. Alles makkelijks op wandel afstand te bereiken.

Pros: Posizione ottima nel centro e sopra un ottimo ristorante tipico valenciano

Cons: Scale non per tutti, ma se si vuole una bella vista bisogna faticare…peccato che il check in ed il check out siano automatici senza mai incontrare l’host .

Acogedor, bonito y bien organizado

Pros: Terraza muy amplia y cómoda, con vistas a la plaza.

Cons: Las escaleras de caracol no estaban en las fotos y con el equipaje cuestan de subir...
