Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s quite interesting in this period as there are a lot of firecrackers so there is a lot of noise. The communication was impeccable and they helped to store our luggage’s till afternoon.

Pros: Location is in the center, spacious rooms, generous terrace, fully equipped kitchen, for longer stays they change bedsheets and towels quite often, the owners were helpful and responsive to my questions/requests. The view from the terrace is really nice as well. The apartment is well lit by the sun.
Cons: Unfortunately, as most older buildings, the heat and noise isolation is not very good. There are 2 working AC units to heat it up, but there isn’t much to do about the noise from outside, cars, kids, other tourists, the garbage car, etc.

Perfect location and very enjoyable stay.
Pros: The BET Apartments office is on the ground floor, so we were able to call in and then were advised where the entrance to the apartment was. It was very convenient to have a code for the main entrance and also then the keysafe box outside the apartment, making it feel very secure. The location in the old town is excellent, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and many restaurants. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with glasses, mugs, cutlery, cookware etc. BET staff were very helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in a couple of hours early as the apartment was ready and also leave our bags after check-out until we needed to go to the airport. All in all, a great experience.
Cons: As other reviews indicate, there is some noise from other apartments but it did not bother us too much as we slept soundly after all the walking! The apartment is an ideal size for a couple but it is quite compact, and not sure the sofa bed would be overly comfortable for extra guests.

Good facilities and great location for exploring Valencia
Pros: Good location to all parts of Valencia old and new, loved the Turia gardens, great to have a washing machine and be able to cook some meals
Cons: A little noisy could hear other people moving around in other apartments.

Great apartment to enjoy the sights of Valencia
Pros: We loved the location of the apartment. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with a Consum small supermarket round the corner and plenty of lovely little cafes and bars a short stroll away. All the major sights in the old part of Valencia are within a 30 walk of the apartment yet access to the Turia Gardens is just across the road from the Consum. We rented bikes are cycled through the park to the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your trip and very good communication from the hosts. Very straightforward to find and get access to the apartment.

Pros: The apartment is nice and cosy. There is everything that you may need including an iron with a small ironing board, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, etc. A welcome pack with cleaning amenities is a nice touch. The balcony looks tiny, but it's large enough to fit three people quite safely. The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is just perfect. The best thing about the apartment is the location - a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, plenty of cafés and restaurants around, quite a big supermarket nearby.
Cons: The only inconvenience was the buthtub screen - a bit too small, It took some dexterity to take a schower and not to flood the room.
