Great value and location

Pros: The room was in the quietest square in the old part of town so it was easy to sleep at night. It is right above an amazing restaurant that serves many kinds of paella and other rice dishes.

Cons: The bed was somewhat sunken in the middle.

Pros: Keypad entry was so easy, nice to not have to worry about a physical key. Snacks and bottled water was provided which was very nice! Lovely neighbourhood with lots of fabulous restaurants.

Cons: Narrow staircase access, not an issue for us but could be for others.

Very Nice flat on the city center.

Pros: Pictures reflect the cozy flat as it is. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The flat is fully equipped even for longer stays, on the best are of the city center, very spacious. Everything was clean, easy to move around and enter the property as well.

A relaxing and highly enjoyable three days staying in a 1st class apartment.

Pros: Just superb! Beautiful design and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent shower. The lighting is especially good. There was beer and water in the fridge when we arrived which was very welcome. I like that it has a keypad entry so never had to worry about losing keys! Location is excellent too. In one of the best barrios in Valencia-Carmen. The square is so beautiful and peaceful. The view from the balcony is tranquil and just fabulous. So close to the centre too. Great air con unit. Very clean and the host was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Pros: Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario, molto disposto a venirti incontro alle tue necessità. L’appartamento è molto bello e nuovo, c’è tutto l’occorrente e abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un pensiero di benvenuto con bibite fresche e dolci che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Lo consiglio come punto di partenza per esplorare valencia, tutto a portata di mano con l’autobus che ti porta fino al mare a 5 minuti a piedi.

Overall good, great location , careful with steep stairs NO elevator.

Pros: The code system is perfect and works like a charm. Zero trouble

Cons: I did not like the surprise that there was no elevator it was on a third floor and the stairs were very small. I had a lot of problems bringing my luggege into the room. Same problem going down. Also there was no cleaning from the owners during my stay.

Apartament taki, do którego chciałoby się wrócić.

Pros: Wystrój, wyposażenie, napoje i przekąski na powitanie oraz położenie obiektu, idealna odległość od centrum i świetna dostępność komunikacji do przejazdu nad morze lub do miasteczka sztuki i nauki. Super, że była możliwość wcześniejszego zamieszkania.

Cons: Nic. Jednej nocy spośród 4 spędzonych noclegów, dochodziły odgłosy z ulicznej restauracji, ale nie jest to wina niedogodności apartamentu tylko braku kultury ludzi którzy w nocy po 23.00 zachowują się głośno.

Pros: Struttura curata e pulita, camere bellissime. Un grazie ancora per la disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze! Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il kit di benvenuto, una piccola attenzione che significa molto.
