Pros: The location is perfect, in the heart of the old city, very close to every local attractions, bars, restaurants

Cons: it would have been appropriate to find some disposable slippers. It was a very strange smell coming from sewage.

Pros: Fantastic stay in Valencia – highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience during our stay in Valencia! The location was perfect – everything we needed was close by: restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. The accommodation itself was super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. A special mention to the host – incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the start. Overall, a great place to stay if you're visiting Valencia. We would definitely come back again!

Pros: Location was super. Lovely and bright with plenty of windows.

Cons: There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom that did not disappear at all. Did not make it into the bedroom thankfully!

Light and well finished Valencian apartment in a great location

Pros: Excellent location in El Carmen barrio. Great features like 3 balconies and exposed brickwork. The shower was excellent and facilities for cooking were good. The restaurant El Árbol in the square below is a great addition

Cons: There were 53 stairs up to the property which may cause issues for those with limited mobility

Pros: Great location near the Serranos Towers, Turia park, Cathedral.

Cons: A missed a couple of things in the appartment like something to hang washed clothes, but I managed. Nothing really important.

Pros: A charming appartment on a quiet street in a fantastic location in the middle of the Carmen district.. It's so central, we walked around everywhere. The apartment is clean and recently refurbished, containing everything you may need. We didnt get to meet the owner, but the check-in went smoothly.

Cons: Just some minor complaints... The stairs are a little tricky, very narrow and uneven. Especially when travelling with older or less abled people, maybe something to take into consideration... The lights on the bed-side table, though very original, weren't bright enough to read by. Finally, a simple full-sized mirror on one of the walls would have been nice. Minor things really...

Pros: Extremely friendly service. Very bright apartment. Everything from the stay was thought of - olive oil, capsules for the washing machine, coffee. Recommend.

Cons: There is no elevator, but there is a very pleasant charm climbing the narrow staircase.

Basic accomodation at splendid location

Pros: very central location in the most cosy area of the city centre. Nice we could check in earlier.

Cons: Bed is very small and hard to access from one side. Stairs to the appartment are narrow, so it was hard to get larger piece of luggage up the stairs. Limited numbers of towels ( 2 per person for 8 nights). No table near the couch. Lot of noise to close.the outside door down the stairs.
