Hexagonal Design Apartment

Great location, good value for money!

Pros: The location is great ( 15 minutes walking from the centre). There's a supermarket and a pharmacy just outside of the door and plenty of bakeries and places for groceries within a 2-minute walk. The apartment itself is spacious, bright and has everything (fully equipped kitchen, hair-dryer in the bathroom, washing machine and drying rack and working airco in every room). The pictures from Booking really do represent the apartment and that doesn't happen very often, so kudos for this.

Cons: The rooms facing the main street (living room and small bedroom) are quite noisy at night due to the traffic. The apartment itself was smelling quite a bit (almost like a sewage smell). It happens sometimes with rental properties, but it did not add to the positive in this case. We were only given one set of keys, which when you are around with more than two people can be annoying.

Amazing

Pros: It was clean, we loved the space and design. Close to the city and public transport. Angie was our host, she was very friendly.

Amazing stay in Valencia in perfect location

Pros: The accomm looked exactly as in the photos. The apartment was clean and well thought out, spacious and had everything we needed. The location within a 5 minute walk to buses was perfect to get to the whole city of Valencia. Even to walk into the city centre/old town was easy. That bath is so inviting, but the amount of water it would take to soak put me off using it sadly. The shower was large and powerful water spray, Amazon shower head as well as a separate foot hose. The beds were all very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. Over all a great stay for the 6 nights we were there. Fantastic city to be in too - I would definitely stay again.

Cons: We made a note of quite a few items that were broken or looked to be suspicious , so that we would not be charged. There was shortage/broken cups and only 1 wine glass and the Owner seemed not to know about this. The only thing that really put us off were the cameras in the apartment. We felt we could be spied on at any time, and made a point of being civilly dressed at all times.

Great place to stay

Pros: The flat was fully furnished, there was lots of space. Also, there is a huge space where I could work and really good wifi. Moreover, the flat is closed to the center 15 minutes walking distance. The host is really nice and helpful ☺️. Definitely recommend the place and would come back.

Pros: Apartment is very spacious and well designed. Lots of storage and has everything you need. Dry close to supermarkets and some shops. Enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Few things that cannot be helped such as issues with drainage smell and location.

Great place to enjoy city life

Pros: Well-equipped, spacious apartment with functional interior design, comfortable furniture and decent kitchen. Location is convenient in all that concern public transport connections.

Cons: Some equipment needs to be revamped but it doesn’t prevent guests from having a great time in the apartment.

Superbly designed apart lacking some kitchen basics

Pros: The apartment is beautiful. The sofa and beds super comfortable.

Cons: There’s a lot of signs throughout with threats of “do not touch or be charged 500€”. I get it. They have nice things. But if they’re so worried, they shouldn’t be listing it to strangers. Also, the apt had like 7 containers of salt but none of the other basics like pepper, sugar, olive oil… which seem silly to buy if you’re only there for 2-3 days, but necessary nonetheless. They also didn’t give us enough toilet paper for the time we stayed so we literally had to buy a 6 pack (smallest option) on our last day. The apartment looked great but things like door handles were fidgety (one broke at first touch and my daughter got locked in the bathroom until we could figure out how to get her out without the use of door handles - it didn’t get fixed while we were there. Not a big deal except that there are the 500€ warning signs everywhere if you touch certain things or break anything. The apt is equipped with video cameras which supposedly only go on when you turn on the alarm system on the way out of the apt. That’s fine - but just noting it for any highly skeptical, privacy readers out there. / you can never be too sure these days with AI and listening devices always officially on.

Pros: Very stylish, very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathrooms, comfy couch and beds, big TV with netflix and prime. Great location, very handy good supermarket below, 10 mins walk to metro, 15 mins walk to old town.

Cons: The second bedroom was really a converted office with a drop down bed. It was compromised by not having a proper door to the kitchen, only a curtain so not great for noise/privacy. It also only had cupboards not a wardrobe with hanging rail and no mirror.

Pros: La casa es muy cómoda y bonita. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días allí. En la zona se puede aparcar bien.

Cons: Nada en general

Viaggio in famiglia

Pros: Appartamento moderno e molto spazioso. Condominio tranquillo. La consegna chiavi è stata effettuata direttamente dal proprietario (molto gentile). Abbiamo usato spesso il servizio taxi ma l'appartamento è ben servito anche da mezzi pubblici (autobus). Supermercato a pochi metri.
