A pleasant stay in a very clean place near the center of Valencia

Pros: The owner came to greet us, give us the keys and show around the apartment. The apartment has everything one may need for a visit. He even left refreshments, a bottle of wine, fruits and bakeries for us. We got the useful info on things to see/do in Valencia and the owner took time to explain everything and give us the best suggestions. The apartment is immaculate and the location is fairly central, around 10 minutes walk from the old town (city center). What we appreciated the most is how the owner treats the guests. There was the personal touch; unlike retrieving the key from the safe box with the code, he showed up when we arrived and before we left. He made sure we have everything we need. He is the example of how this type of work should be done. We'll be back the next time we visit Valencia. Muchas gracias! :)

Perfect, 100% recommended

Pros: Juan and Javier were amazing at welcoming us and making our stay as comfortable as possible. We were a black family of 7, and not once they made us feel like we were going to be a problem. The apartment was in my opinion, in the perfect location, public transport + taxi/uber available. We had everything we needed in the house, which was very organised and clean. We texted Juan few times, he always responded fast and ready to help. 100% recommended!!

A great stay, would go there again.

Pros: The host met us at 2.00 in the morning, and showed us around. The apartment was very clean and spacious for the five of us, and the host made sure everything was good, even changing the kettle after the first day. The apartment is in a relatively quite block and ideal for getting to the city.

Cons: One more bathroom would have been good.

Pros: Clean, big appartment, fully equiped, easy to communicate with owner. Would come again.

Pros: Me and my friends had an amazing stay here! The property was very very clean! The apartment is also quite close to the city centre, so we sometimes walked, but went by bike, or by bus which is all very easily accessible and nearby. The airconditioning was much appreciated. The apartment contained everything we might have needed, including food and drinks and even small details like sunscreen and umbrellas and more! Truly truly amazing! Juan was an amazing host! Letting us know how to get to the city centre, the beach and where all the fun places were, and also how to get there by bus and everything! He was so kind! Thank you!

Cons: The only very small thing we would change was the colour of the light, because warmer tones would give the apartment a homier look. But that is just a tip, and quite unimportant. We had a great time and it was very much worth it!

A great place for a family with children!

Pros: Juan is the best host ever! We arrived late and he met us at the entrance. A very warm welcome. He knew we had nowhere to shop at that time and had taken care of breakfast and coffee. He gave us a map and very useful tourist information. The apartment is not far from the center and there is very convenient transportation nearby. The apartment itself was nicer than the pictures. It had absolutely everything you needed. There is also a big TV which was great for the Euro 24 matches :)

Cons: Nothing to turn you away from booking.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, cosy, perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. Juan and Javier are exceptional hosts, we've never felt that welcome in a rented apartment! We totally recommend this apartment.

I highly recommend this apartment

Pros: Great location, walking distance to city center, close to underground station and bus stop. Host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean, very well equipped with everything, you could need, plus a lot more. Upon arrival, we got from the host a full basket of fruits, pastries, bread, cereals, milk, vine, coffee capsules and a lot more. Same in bathroom, everything was provided. I highly recommend.

Great value for the money.

Pros: Great value for the money, an extremely helpful host who welcomed us with complimentary food and drinks. Will return once we come back to Valencia. Safe neighborhood in walking distance to the center although we used the metro. The metro line is a couple of hundred meters from the apartment. Netflix is available.

Pros: Our host Juan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication before we arrived and he gave us lots of information about the city when we got there. He provided us with fruit, cereals, pastries and more which was very generous. Could not recommend more.
