Pros: The location is great, the host invisible but tentative to needs. The place was clean and comfortable

Cons: The noise. The bedroom is in the back of the house and its window is to very narow and small internal yard (1x1m),when the down floor guests are outside feels like they are in bed with you. The dining room where the kids were sleeping does not have isolation from the front yard noise. However, the front was quite quiet. Overall only one night the down neighbours were noisy. The place is freat value for money, close to all you need during a stay-shops, transport, restaurants

Fantastic Valencia Apartment

Pros: Fantastic property, stayed here for marathon weekend and it had everything you need if you like to control variables for a marathon. Well equipped kitchen, easy to use washing machine which was very convenient. Nektar was a great host and overall the apartment was comfortable, spacious and in a great location.

Pros: Great location, smooth communication, the property is well equipped for a few days stay.

Cons: It is cold, the AC is not enough to warm ylyp the room. At times, there was not enough hot water. Additionally, whenever there are guests on the upper floors it is noisy

Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.

Pros: The owner had thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Little extras that were provided (wine, chocolate) were very much appreciated. The location was within easy walking distance to all attractions but also far enough away to feel you were in a local neighbourhood. Best of both worlds.

Cons: The stairs up to the first floor apartment were very challenging (steep and narrow) with full-sized suitcases.

Beautiful apartement

Pros: Comfortable apartment in a central but very quiet area. Perfect for families with children. Equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, very useful when staying for a longer period in the summer. Very easy communication with the hosts, who were very prompt and attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back!
