Great roomy apartment in fantastic part of the city.

Pros: Nice and roomy apartment in great area of the city. Very helpful host offering a good deal on bike rental.

Cons: Seemed a little short on cooking items such as no baking trays for oven and an old school kettle that needed to be heated on the hob.

Plenty of space so perfect for a week

Pros: Spacious, stylish, well equipped, very comfortable, great location, nice two person balcony, good clean well equipped kitchen area, washing machine was really handy during our week stay. It’s on the third floor so we’ve now got great calf muscle definition which is an added bonus! Don’t miss the Bodega la Rentaora on the passageway in front of the building, best tapas and hospitality we had in Valencia and very reasonably priced.

Cons: The shower floor grill needs replacing.

Sunny apartment with artish heart in the heart of Valencia that could use some upgrade

Pros: + Location in the city center is perfect. + Size and arrangement of the apartment is good. + 2 balconies to enjoy Valencian sun. + The whole style of the apartment is very artistic, contemporary and unique. + Big fridge with a lot of space.

Cons: - Level of cleanliness was below the average and far from what we expected. - Apartment is in the 3rd or 4th floor without elevator. - The shower head was not working properly. - You need to wait for hot water a couple of minutes under the shower. - Kitchen could have some renewal and facilites uprade AND proper cleaning before new guests arrive. - There is just one closet, which was enough for us two, but could be a challenge if more people come.

Perfect, I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros: Everything! Location was fantastic, the apartment was stunning and the owner was lovely, going out of her way to make our stay perfect!

Pros: Very spacious loft style apartment. Beautifully designed with a taste for furniture, artwork, books, etc. lots of amenities in the apartment like kitchen, microwave, balcony (3x!), washing machine, ac etc. the hosts are also extremely helpful with instructions, recommendations, and are very responsive to any questions. Location is right in the center of Valencia.

Pros: really stylish old property refurbished to a high standard

Cons: quite a climb up the very narrow stairs to the third floor. Like most rentals it was suffering from a bit of tiredness. For instance, taps on the bathroom sink need replacing.

Fantastic apartment great location

Pros: Lovely apartment, with very comfortable sofa and beds. The balcony is perfect for having breakfast or just people-watching. Very close to everything galleries, bars, restaurants and historic places of interest. Maria sent us a list of restaurants and her mum had made the apartment very clean.

Mooi, ruim appartement op super locatie, jammer van de badkamer.

Pros: Super locatie midden in het oude stadsgedeelte van Valencia, alle restaurants, barretjes, bezienswaardigheden op wandel- of fietsafstand. De accomodatie biedt huurfietsen aan, wat heel handig is. De flat (loft) is ruim en heel smaakvol ingericht. Echt een mooie en gezellige ruimte.

Cons: De badkamer is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. De houten douchevloer is absoluut onhygiënisch. Omdat de handdouche ontbrak, kon je de vloer ook niet afspoelen om haren en zeep te verwijderen. Ook andere zaken zoals bekerhouder, schap boven wastafel, handdoekhouder, ... lijken afgebroken en nooit vervangen, wat een onverzorgde indruk geeft. Met een paar kleine herstellingen zou je al een eind komen.

Valencia con mucho encanto.
