Great little flat in fascinating Valwncia

Pros: Great location - couldn't be better placed for old town, central market, Turia gardens, cathedral etc. surrounded by shops and restaurants and 15 mins walk to Nord station., Well equipped, neat apartment with everything we needed for a week's stay. Marta and Lina were very responsive hosts and replied immediately to the odd query we had. Check-in / check-out was very straightforward. The shower was good and the kitchen had all we needed.

Cons: We were there in February when it was cold at night, so a blanket would have been appreciated. A few hooks for coats/bags would have been useful either in main room or bedroom but these are very small things. Everything was good and we had a great stay.

A good place in a great city

Pros: Apartment was generally of a good standard with adequate furnishing and equipment. It was a comfortable space in which everything worked. Excellent communication with Nina and Christian who responded quickly and efficiently to our requests. Our early arrival was facilitated with temporary baggage storage. A five minute walk brought one to a well stocked supermarket and bakery next door. Located in the narrow streets of historic Barrio del Carmen means a walk to the buses but taxis could navigate to our apartment. However, a 12 minute walk gets us to the Cathedral in the heart of the Old City.

Cons: This part of the Barrio has a slightly edgy feel but disappears as one moves towards the City Centre. A draught through a sealed up door at the front of the building could be less than pleasant in January.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Everything was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our arrival. The place had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Thank you, Chris & Lina, for your hospitality and care. We truly appreciated our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great week in beautiful Valencia

Pros: The appartment was well equipped, modern and had a good size. Location was great - quite street but only a 7 minutes walk downtown. And the service from the rental team was excellent - super fast response time, easy check in plus the option to store luaggage free of charge.

Cons: There is nothing

Pros: Clean, comfortable, good kitchen facilities for light cooking, English news channel on tv

Cons: No fan or air conditioning in bedroom

In general everything was really satisfying, I had a great staying in Valencia

Pros: the apartment was very comfortable and good size, very clean and ordered, and you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Valencia, The location was also very good.

Cons: The toilet and the shower could be better. The shower is a bit lose so sometimes it fell when opening or closing the water. The toilet flushing is a bit weak, so some times I needed to flush it more than once after using it.

Pros: We recently stayed in this apartment, and it was a wonderful experience! The apartment was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. Everything we needed was available, making our stay very enjoyable. A special thanks to Chris, Marta, and Lina for their outstanding service. They were always reachable via WhatsApp, which made it easy for us to quickly respond to any questions or requests. This personal touch made our stay even more pleasant. The location of the apartment is perfect! It's situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty to do and see. Whether we wanted to shop, dine out, or explore local attractions, everything was within easy reach. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone. A true must-stay for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Excellent stay with friendly hosts

Pros: It was a really nice stay. The location is great – just a 10-minute walk from the bus station and close to many sights. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay. The hosts were not only polite but also very helpful – they accommodated us as early as possible and arranged a taxi to the airport. It was a great experience overall.

Exceptionally clean appartment located in historic centre.

Pros: We arrived before the check-in and they let us inside sooner. We got the email with the instructions with the code to unlock the doors. The appartment is located on the 2nd floor. Apartment was exceptionally clean. We found the welcome pack in the kitchen: (salt, olive oil, coffee pods and some tea). There were 2 balconies, one at each side of the apartment. Kitchen is small, but big enough for a simple breakfast and dinner. After a few days, they offered to clean the apartment and change the towels for free. Apartment is located in the Historic Centre. You can find small restaurants, shops and playgrounds for kids in the nearby area. In the evening, the streets are very lively. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, the only thing I would like to be better is a WiFi. It lost connection often and the internet speed was not the fastest. It's good enough for web browsing, but for some serious work on a laptop its not sufficient.
