great apartment great location more than happy staying there

Pros: We had a lovely apartment in valencia close to everything the host met us with the keys even though we were a little later than we wanted to be ,the apartment had everything we wanted and more we were more than happy with our location just a short walk to nice bars and restaurants and the lovely central market and the town hall square really nice , would stay there again if we visited valencia again richard

Pleasant apartment with good amenities.

Pros: Kitchen and appliances appeared brand new or very well kept/cleaned.

Cons: Unfortunately the entire 2 weeks we were there the house opposite was being demolished. I know this is a working city (not Disneyland) so it was just unfortunate timing. However, it was quiet outside of normal working hours and we slept well.

A comfortable stay in a fabulous location.

Pros: The location was exceptional. Within easy walking distance of all the city centre sights but in a quiet district and street. The property was spacious, well-equipped with a comfortable bed and efficient shower.

Cons: It just needed some bedside cabinets.

Pros: The accomodation was really nice, El Carmen is one of the best quarter in Valencia. The apartman is cozy, well equipped, felt safe when we went home in a late hour. The neighborhood also great, the street is so peaceful. The supermarket, the bars and restaurants are very close, bus and metro stations took 5-10 mins walk.

Cons: There was a misunderstanding according to the deposit, but David was nice and we solved it!

Great apartment, nice area, great restaurants nearby and close to historic sites. A super 3 weeks!

Pros: Apartment located within walking distance to all historic sites. We used the tram to go to the Malvarosa beach and the bus to go to the science/art/aquarium site. We rented bicycles (7 euros for 10 hrs) and cycled inside Turia Park. Valencia has numerous safe cycling paths!

Cons: We liked everything. It is a very quiet area. We slept with the window open. The kitchen was well equipped for a long stay, the bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having Netflix! I strongly recommend that apartment.

Pros: Nagyon jó helyen van, egy hosszú hétvégére tökéletes választás!

Ottima posizione, arredi moderni, ben attrezzato ma con un forte odore di chiuso

Pros: David ci ha accolti in maniera perfetta, dandoci tutte le indicazioni e suggerimenti necessari per il soggiorno. L' appartamento è in una posizione strategia, esattamente nel centro storico, dove a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici si raggiungono facilmente le attrazioni della città. Bellissimi gli arredi e ottimi i servizi inclusi ( asse e ferro da stiro, cabina armadio molto spaziosa, cucina attrezzata con tutto). Unica nota piuttosto spiacevole: L'APPARTAMENTO SAPEVA DI CHIUSO nonostante lasciassimo le finestre aperte o il deumidificatore accesso. Peccato, perché altrimenti sarebbe stato un 10.

Visita Valencia e soggiorno in relax

Pros: La vicinanza al centro.Non ci sono rumori e confusione pur essendo centrale.Molto pulito.David sempre molto disponibile e gentile.

Pros: Erg mooi appartement op een leuke locatie! Modern ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Cons: Er zaten in de badkamer een aantal grote schimmelplekken.

Heerlijk, rustig appartement op een toplocatie!

Pros: Ik vond de locatie echt perfect. Veel restaurants vlakbij en je bent heel snel lopend in het oude centrum. Verder vond ik het heerlijk rustig in en rond het appartementencomplex. Dat was heel fijn! De douche deed het goed en we hadden altijd snel warm water. De bank zat prima en de vaste voorzieningen, zoals de keuken en de kasten waren ook goed.

Cons: Het bed was knus. Wel goed geslapen maar voor ons aan de krappe kant. Ik had een paar extra kussens voor op de bank wel prettig gevonden. Extra theedoek was ook prettiger geweest. Nu hebben we moeten wassen om voldoende handdoeken te hebben en een schone theedoek. We zaten er wel 10 nachten dus als je kort verblijft is het wel voldoende.
