Perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect during our stay. The host was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, and you could really feel that they cared about every detail. The accommodation was excellent – clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall good stay

Pros: This apartment is in a truly fantastic location right in the heart of the old city, making it perfect for exploring on foot. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, communicating easily in both Spanish and English, which made check-in and any questions simple and stress-free. The apartment itself was well-equipped. We were provided with water, coffee, tea, and milk, as well as maps and even a public transport card, which was a huge bonus!

Cons: Since the apartment is in an older building, it was quite cool, but this was easily remedied by using the air conditioning unit for heating, so it wasn't a problem. For future guests, I have two suggestions for improvement. The mattress on one of the beds is quite worn out and affected our sleep, so I would suggest replacing it. Also, the toilet flush in the bathroom needs to be repaired.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Wonderful 1st floor apartment, well furnished and set out. The kitchen was ready to cook anything plenty of plates, pans utensils etc. Beds nice and comfy and a nice bathroom with a good shower. Vicente is an excellent host and communication is one of his skills. A friendly knowledgeable man. Situated within the old town and everything you need to see is within walking distance

A great welcome in Valencia!

Pros: The apartment was centrally located with access to many restaurants, cafes, bars and monuments. It was impeccably clean with everything we needed. The A/C was greatly appreciated and worked perfectly. The owner was extremely responsive and gave lots of restaurant and sightseeing tips. Perfect for a visit with friends as there are two single beds.

Cons: Nothing - everything was great.

Lovely few days in Valencia in brilliant accommodation

Pros: Property was very clean and was very well equipped . About a 5/10 walk to the central market and cathedral

Cons: As the apartment was in an old Spanish house- the stairs were quite narrow and steep .Just something to be aware of

Lovely Place

Pros: The house is clean, cosy, useful. The location is perfect. Design is perfect. Vicente, owner of the house, is warmful, helpful. He told us where we should visit in 2 days. We recommend here to stay.

Pros: The property was a real hidden gem and very much felt like a home from home. The host, Vincente, deserves a special mention. Not only was he there to greet us on arrival, he also gave us a map upon which he had highlighted interesting places for us to visit and directions how to get to them. In addition, he made a restaurant reservation for us at a place he had recommended. All in all, the whole experience was faultless. Thank you Vincente!

Cons: The only downside of our visit was we couldn't stay longer!
