Lovely stay in Valencia
Pros: Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Great location and very hospitable with our check in, we were provided with a map which was very handy!

Pros: The location was excellent with a lot of small restaurants, tapas places, small shops and bars in the area - nice atmosphere in the area! Lively but not crowded. The floods have not affected this part of the city or the city center. Easy access to the main sights, highly recommend taking city bikes for exploring the city. Remote working was also easy (stable wifi) from this location.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Valencia
Pros: Amazing location, great amenities, top apartment, very clean, spacious, rustic, safe and welcoming. This place has everything a couple may need to embrace and enjoy Valencia.
Cons: A bit hectic and over-demanding check-in, with prepaid deposit and lots of confirmations and reconfirmations of checkin time, exact arrival time, etc. Nevertheless totally worth it.

Historically-interesting, centrally-located apartment
Pros: The location of the apartment is fantastic, centrally located in a lively neighborhood. As well, we liked the historicity of the building and many of the design features of the place.
Cons: As many previous guests have indicated, the lack of sufficient lighting in the kitchen makes it extremely difficult to take advantage of this key feature. As well, the drain in the sink that is located in the bedroom obviously requires attention as it is slow to the point of being non-functional. Finally, the sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and worn--alas, this point has been mentioned previously by other reviewers as well.

Valencia è una bella città vivace con varie attività. Merita un weekend lungo
Pros: L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto e descrizione ed è perfetto per due giovani (anche per meno giovai come noi). Situato nel cuore del quartiere storico Barrio del Carmen. Abbiamo ritirato le chiavi in agenzia a ca. 10 min a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il gestore ci ha dato alcuni consigli sulle cose pratiche e in altri 15 minuti abbiamo raggiunto l'appartamento, una volta trovato la strada giusta.
Cons: Non essendoci riscaldamento era un po' più freddo di quello che ci aspettavamo. Presumo che si può usare l'aria condizionata anche per scaldare, ma in camera da letto si stava bene anche freschi. In soggiorno la sera abbiamo usato la piccola stufetta elettrica presente che ha fatto il suo lavoro. Non è una critica, ma una mancanza nostra di non aver portato dietro un maglione più pesante per la sera. Scale strette e ripide, non adatte a tutti o con tanti bagagli.

Pros: Super Lage und ruhig. Grosses Apartment Gut ausgestattete Küche Gutes Bett
Cons: Man musste online einchecken,war sehr aufwendig. Schlüssel musste zuerst in einem Büro abgeholt werden, dass 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt war. Im Treppenhaus roch es nach einem günstigen Lufterfrischer,schrecklich. Keine Nespresdomaschine. Unbedingt 2 Duvets Unterkunft sehr dunkel, ich denke kann aber im Sommer von Vorteil sein.
