A comfortable, central, and well-equipped apartment perfect for an extended visit.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and good Wi-Fi, ideal for a longer stay. The central location was excellent, within walking distance of the Central Market, the old town, and many restaurants. Check-in instructions were clear, and communication was smooth.

Cons: Some shelves and closets could have been cleaner, and the floor might not have been freshly cleaned, though it wasn’t dirty. This is a minor point, and likely not an issue for most guests, but we tend to be particularly detail-oriented.

Pros: Good location. Nice apartment. To small for six people. Fine for four though 2nd bedroom is very tight when both beds are out. Loved the beams and ceilings

Cons: Defo needs more kitchen crockery. Only 5 cups, 3 glasses etc. defo not enough for 6 people. Sofa could do with being cleaned it’s very grubby. The whole place could do with a little money spending on it and then it would be lovely.

Pros: I recently stayed in a fantastic apartment in the heart of Valencia, and it was perfect. The location was ideal, with everything just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Their hospitality and local tips made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia. It offers a prime location, cleanliness, space, and outstanding host service. Looking forward to returning on my next trip!

Comfortable and central.

Pros: The apartment was easy to find. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom clean. The kitchen had all the required facilities (kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave)

Cons: The walls of the apartment are very thin so you can hear your neighbours quite clearly. Luckily, it was very quiet when we were there so it didn't cause much of an issue.

Pros: Location is super, in bedroom was quiet. There are enough stuff at kitchen. The personal was very kind and sent all the information on WhatsApp

Pros: The hosts were very kind and responsive. They even helped bring a luggage that we had been late to pick up from their office. The apartment is centrally located, so basically we walked to the venues and the city center, in the mornings or late nights. Very clean apartment. Definitely recommend!!

Cons: Not a complaint, but I think the storage of luggage should be a free bonus to the guests.

Pros: Posizione eccellente, personale molto cortese e disponibile, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, appartamento molto confortevole. In doccia e dal lavandino dispenser di sapone con una buona profumazione. Il letto era molto comodo. È stato un ottimo soggiorno e lo consiglio, soprattutto per la pozione, a pochi passi c'è di tutto, ristoranti, bar, pizzeria, minimarket e una lavanderia, la posizione è veramente strategica!

Cons: Fornitura per cucinare scadente, le padelle erano rovinate e graffiate, poca insonorizzazione, si sentivano rumori dalla strada e anche le conversazioni dei vicini. L'appartamento era decisamente polveroso per via del l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre (la finestra da su uno spazio chiuso interno con un odore non proprio piacevole). 1 solo panno per asciugare le stoviglie (non c'è la lavastoviglie) ho dovuto usare gli asciugamani forniti. Cuscini veramente scomodi, ho dovuto andare a comprarne uno che ho poi lasciato in struttura.
