Pros: Everything was fine, clean and comfortable. The only thing guests should know that the kitchen is not opened on weekend.

Good value for the money

Pros: Staff was nice and helpful. The place felt safe and we had a nice room with a big balcony.

Cons: Location is not quite central but we managed.

Pros: The room was nice and spacious, beds were very clean, bathroom and the rest were mostly clean though there was a bit of residue and hair in random places on furniture etc. On the top floor morning showers sent a pulse of cold water every 10-15s. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mattresses were comfortable, pillows kinda weird but fine. There's a coin/app operated laundromat right in the building. Very reasonable price so I really can't about anything too much.

Good stay, but not a perfect place.

Pros: Cleanliness. Little patio. Well kept residence. Staff were nice. Easy to get downtown by transit.

Cons: Can’t fully control ac. Water from shower not held in the shower. Got water all over the bathroom despite best efforts. No breakfast available.

Great place for students

Pros: The staff is very nice , the place has many opportunities including a gym, multiple study rooms and a common area with a drinking water fountain. The room itself is clean and modern.

Cons: The only thing missing from the room was bedsheets that we couldn't find.

Very good to stay

Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Bathroom in the room. AC installed. Terrace attached. Ample space to keep things and luggage. Very Good natural light. Parking in the street and around. Recommendable.

Cons: The floor was not clean and there was dust on the floor. The AC was difficult to manage, either let it go as the temperature was set or put it off.

A good stay in the outskirts of valencia

Pros: The room was bigger than expected, the beds were comfy.

Cons: There wasn't a minifridge in the room, that was delusional, can´t even keep a cold water :(

Pros: Really great place. Everything was clean and accessible. Nice spacious room with bathroom and AC. The key to your room is on your phone and for that you need to download an app and create an account. But besides that everything was perfect and modern.
