Pros: It was pleasant and comfortable staying at this residence. The staff was very cooperative, especially the Director, Carmina is very kind and professional.

Cons: In my opinion, cleaning must be done on a weekly basis.

Pros: Flat was perfect for one person. I stayed for a month and cooked a lot of my own meals. So close to the Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences, I enjoyed a lot of running and walking in the area and felt very safe! The beach was close (less than 30 min walk) and so was the city centre. There was also a supermarket (Consum) immediately next door. I can't fault my stay here :) All of the staff were friendly and helpful and there were plenty of areas to study. The free gym was a great bonus also!

Cons: There was no frying pan or knife for cooking. This isn't a complaint as I understand it is self catering accommodation for students who are expected to bring their own things, just a heads up for any other travellers who are visiting for an extended period. I easily got the stuff I was missing from the DIY shop next door!

Exceptional staff, fully equipped venue, and a super accessible location in Valencia.

Pros: The accommodation was worth the price. Short-term stays are always pricier than long-term rentals, but within that context, it was a good deal. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any issues or questions. The place was spotless, and the appliances and amenities were more than sufficient. I didn't need to buy anything except food and a few small items. Plus, having a laundry room on the bottom floor was a huge convenience. Overall, a great place to stay.

Cons: The student residency was pretty small, which makes sense since it's meant for one person. One downside was their guest policy—they don't let guests stay in your room without charging extra, at least according to the rules. I didn't test it out, though. But for a student residency, that's kind of expected, and it's hard to find better value in Valencia.

Great value for price

Pros: I stayed for 6 weeks during summer for the second year in a row. The studios are nice, just enough for one person and are a good value for price during high season in Valencia. Studios are equipped and the property is quite new and well kept, clean and maintained. The location is great, close to the center, close to Ciudad de las artes (around the corner) and relatively close to the beach, too. Bus stops and bike stations in front of the building, metro 10 mins walk. Overall, great choice for solo travelers, work and travel or remote work from home office. I'll definitely come back.

Cons: Sometimes there was a lot of noise at the patio after quiet hours, sometimes until late at night - groups of people talking and laughing very loudly, the noise echoes and magnifies and it is impossible to sleep. I had to use earplugs on many occasions. Especially noisy are the chairs at the patio when moved around, the sound is very metallic and scratchy, horrible to listen to, woke me up many times. I kindly recommend the property to use some rubber soles for the chairs at the patio - it would help a lot. Also some regulation of respecting the quiet hours would be much appreciated.

Pros: This establishment is highly recommended for those seeking private accommodations. The pricing is reasonable, the conditions are ideal, and the fitness center is well-equipped.
