Best beds.

Pros: GREAT beds. Totally not expected, but they have the best beds. Rooms are perfectly organised for work with blackout blinds and the facilities are unbelievably good. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Cons: The maintenance in the bathroom could be better but I did notice lots of maintenance going on, so maybe they haven’t got to that room yet.

Comfortable

Pros: Room was spotless and beds were extremely comfortable. Buses and trams were right outside the accommodation. Room was very very spacious air con was very good.

Cons: Bit hard to find reception. Loads of children camps were on and were often loud early hours in morning. Kids were staying next door to us and were kicking a ball against the wall early hours I had to ask them to keep it quiet.

Pros: Great stay, the facility have everything because it’s a student resident. Good location next to the tram and close to one of Valencia’s best beach. But keep in mind that’s it’s not an hotel but a student accommodation so no hotel services and supplies. Next

Lovely apartment, great location, would recommend.

Pros: Good location, lots of public transport nearby - tram & bus stops. Staff are lovely & very accommodating. Clean apartment.

Cons: Lots of students around, young kids for camps etc. during the summer. Reception area/ general lounge area was crowded with students at night - elevator was packed at that time too.

Campus

Pros: Well connected to the rest of the city. Very close to the beach. The room is quite spaceus. AC is a.big plus. Although the campus is quite full of young athletes and us tourists, the place is quiet at night, and you can sleep well.

Cons: Considering that the accommodation is not the cheapest, the facilities could have been cleaner. The bathroom is new but not maintained, a lot of fungus. Same problem everywhere in Spain.

Cons: No fridge, shower drain did not work very well, no access to the balcony, main light in the bathrom did not work (only mirror light)
