Pros: Friendly staff, great location & thick walls (excellent sound proofing and warmth insulation)

Cons: For the kitchen there was poor equipment. Could not heat / cool the place when away.

Great vibe, far from tourist traps

Pros: It is a students' residence, so there is a nice vibe. It is quiet, it has easy access to busses that will take you both to city center and tot he beach, there is a cantine that looked very good, there are vending machines for coffee, water etc. Rooms and big, with living and bedroom, and a very nice terrace. Cleaning staff is super kind and professional. There are plenty of restaurants around for all tastes. It is not the typical touristy hotel, it is not in the city center, but it allows a quick look to the life of the city. It takes about 30 minutes to get to city center, about 20 minutes to Cita and 20 minutes to the beach.

Cons: nothing really.

Pros: It is a university property so it was super cute to be there, very cozy as well super clean

Cons: The studio was quite small but overall good

Pros: The ensuite rooms are a good size for 1 person and the beds are very comfy. Nice breakfast included with the stay and nice staff at the reception. Perfect location to explore the city. Recommended ecspecially for the relatively low price.

Pros: Each time I go to Valencia I am staying in this Residencia. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and big enough. The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach or to city centre, it is half way from both. You can do gym, play ping pong, enjoy the small garden if you like. It has all you need

A great valuable stay

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, i rarely had such a complete breakfast: sweet / salted courses, fuit, yaourts, cheese, sausages, ham, cereals ex hot, cold drinks… just amazing. The hostess from Ukrain was absolutely kind and nice considering my problem to check online. She was patient and helpful. All staff in general was phenomenal. It was a great stay thanks to them.

Cons: The problem of no water and then for the rest of my stay during three days I had to shower and wash my hair with very cold water which was not very nice and some mornings very uncomfortable but it was not the fault of the staff just something happened with the pipes it was then very cold it but at least we had water back.

Overall great stay!
