Apartment With Super Comfortable Beds

Spacious, modern apartment.

Pros: It was a nice, spacious apartment, very modern and well-maintained.

Cons: The app to unlock the door is frustrating to figure out. We were in Valencia visiting friends and were told they couldn't enter the apartment, or we'd be charged per person.

Nice apartment away from the biz of town

Pros: The apartment had everything that is required on holiday - even a parasol for the beach

Cons: The tv had on Spanish channels ( which is to be accepted) but it would have been nice to be able to access Netflix

Pros: The additional space - compared to a hotel room - was welcome. Excellent memory foam pillows!

Loved it and we'll be back. We would stay in this apartment again!

Pros: Lovely, large apartment. Very well equipped and the Air Con was a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped, though we hardly used it. Being on the first floor, having a lift to help with luggage was great.

Cons: The shutter on one of the living room windows didn't close, so there was no real privacy at night.

Good short term flat

Pros: It was clean and spacious. Had detergent, washing up liquid, soap, apices, and a folder with clear instructions on how everything works

Cons: You were not allowed to have anyone else in the flat without having to pay a fee for having an extra guest, not even to borrow the toilet.

Lovely stay

Pros: Very responsive. Helpful Close to metro and other public transport

Cons: We thought the rate for an additional person is quite steep.

Excellent Property, great location and extremely clean.

Pros: The property was immaculately clean and spacious with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything was new including the extremely comfortable beds and the aircon was excellent.

Cons: The property was excellent unfortunately the ground floor neighbours were very inconsiderate sitting out on their terrace below our bedrooms to 5.30am on occasion and 2am on other nights. I’ve reported this to the owner who said it breaches house rules and will be looked into. Note to the owner, the main bedroom blind needs attention as it isn’t closing fully.

Great property, well furnished, clean and very comfortable!

Pros: Well furnished, clean, very spacious and well presented - one of the few apartments that actually is as shown in the pictures. Air conditioner works well. Good functional dishwasher and washing machine and kitchen is well provided. Very clean and well kept bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Gaining access on check-in was easy and straight forward. Good proximity to local shops etc.

Cons: Everything in the apartment was excellent. For a couple of things that we needed or needed to know where they were, the hosts were highly responsive and super helpful. Parking is a problem if you have a car and it can take quite a while to find

Pros: Goede locatie: supermarkten, metrostation en restaurant in de buurt. Bakker om de hoek. Gezellig appartement. Goed uitgeruste kamers. Geen burenlawaai.

Fantastisch

Pros: Echt een heel ruim appartement met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Genoeg servies, pannen, zitgelegenheid enzovoort. Inchecken gaat heel gemakkelijk. Alles wordt op alles gezet om de veiligheid te waarborgen. De locatie is prima! Wij hadden fietsen gehuurd waardoor we binnen tien minuten bij Mercado Central en binnen vijftien minuten bij Ciudad de las Arts y las Ciencias waren. Kortom, de perfecte thuisbasis voor een fantastische vakantie!

Cons: De bedden waren iets te klein, waardoor we schuin moesten liggen. Je kan niet met meer dan 2 personen op het balkon zitten (wij waren met 2).
