Spacious & Clean Apartment in Quiet Area

Pros: Apartment was large with excellent facilities,many restaurants within ten minute walk and also supermarkets.

Cons: Only downside was difficulty parking if you have a car.We fortunately dropped on some waste land which was obviously used as a car park,very rough and dusty,but served it's purpose only two to three minutes away.

Pros: What I appreciated most during my stay was how effortless everything felt. No need to carry keys around, which made things so convenient. The apartment itself was wonderfully spacious and comfortable, a real home away from home. Plus, the Patraix metro station was just around the corner, making it super easy to explore the city.

Pros: Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Apartment My wife and I had a fantastic stay in this spacious and beautifully designed apartment. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, making it convenient to explore Valencia. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available for any questions and ensuring we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return on our next visit to Valencia. Highly recommended!

Cons: absolutely nothing

It was a good stay and a nice host

Pros: We had everything we needed, for example dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, etc...

Cons: We had to take a taxi everytime we wanted to go somewhere but that was fine

Relaxing and convinient appartment

Pros: very spacious and clean appartment, wel maintained, quiet, good WIFI, good matrasses and big kitchen fully equiped and nice bathrooms. Close to shops, bakery, supermarket and Metro.

J'ai eu un séjour très agréable

Pros: Le cadre a répondu à nos attentes et était vraiment propre. L'équipement est de haut niveau et bien adapté à nos besoins. Nous avons eu le plaisir de vivre dans ce cadre parfait et bien conviviale.

Cons: Il serait bien de mettre à disposition un document pour nous faire voir toutes les possibilités offertes surtout l'équipement. Et surtout leur emplacement pour permettre de les retrouver sans trop de recherche.

Pros: Tout l’appartement, sa décoration, l’espace de vie, la propreté, le confort des lits. Les réponses rapides à nos questions de la part des propriétaires

Cons: Des difficultés dans la douche à trouver l’équilibre eau chaude/eau froide (l’eau est très vite bouillante - attention pour les enfants) Sinon, tout est parfait !

Apartamento excepcional

Pros: La amplitud del piso, la limpieza, el piso tenía de todo, nuevo, limpio y bonito, las camas súper cómodas, la zona es tranquila y tiene supermercados para comprar, bares...y fácil aparcamiento en la calle.

Cons: Está bastante lejos del centro y de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias que es dónde íbamos y las comunicaciones tampoco son muy buenas.
