Pros: Wow!! 🤩 what a magical place, so much character and at the foot of the castle. Next to the theatre. And the owners 😍 absolutely heartwarming!! We will come back for sure!!!

A very comfortable stay in a great apartment with stunning views

Pros: The apartment has 2 good sized double bedrooms each with en-suite. The living space is very sociable as it’s a large kitchen/dining/sitting room. But what makes a massive difference is the roof terrace with panoramic views from the castle to the sea. The apartment sits in a very quiet part of the town but with good restaurants close by. We were looked after at the property by Ana who was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Guests should be fully aware of the 65 steps up the street to the property. Ana can arrange for a temporary parking permit if you provide her with the vehicle details and this would certainly cut down on some of the uphill walk.

Pros: Spacious apartment, well equipped with a lovely rooftop terrace

Pros: The apartment was spacious, on a path to the castle, with fine views over town. Quiet, peaceful corner. Analia was a very friendly and helpful host.

Cons: As name suggests, the location is up the hill. It is a climb up cobbled lanes and steps from shops in town below.

Pros: Amazing location. Particularly loved the terrace - stunning views and very well furnished for al fresco suppers.

Panoramic views and peaceful location in the atmospheric old town

Pros: The best thing about Casa Alta are the views to the castle and over the old town. The house is spacious with lots of natural light. There are two terraces. The one on the roof is equipped with tables, chairs & a smal bbq. The temp in the house is controlled by a thermostat. The location at the top of the old town affords peace and quiet. It´s great for exploring the castle, theatre and old Jewish quarter. The kitchen and dining area are large and the kitchen has fairly new equipment.

Cons: Parking can be a problem at peak times. It´s free to park next to the Roman theatre but spaces are limited. The old town is a warren of tiny streets often ending in steps so navegating is precarious. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped although lacks basic things like wine glasses, a kettle & grater. The host was amenable but didn´t show us how anything worked and didn´t mention that the utility room on the roof is equipped with a washing machine (we found it by accident on the final day!)

Pros: Muy alta, a la altura de ese momento que lo guardas para la buena compañía. Fijas una fecha, eliges un lugar y proyectas un espacio, de paz, elegancia, cuidado con personalidad.
