MiCampus Burjassot 1 Student Residence

Pros: We loved the staff there. We met Merry at the reception She gave us like 2-3 recommendations of places and what we could do, and honestly she did an amazing job with that. We had the best time at those places. She was super welcoming and managed so well. Apart from that, the rooms and the ambience of the property is really nice and we loved it central location and connectivity to Valencia

Ok Tier

Pros: The AC was nice. The people where nice. There is a Microwave.

Cons: They gave enough shower gel for only 1 day. The trash can was small and they didn't remove the trash from it during the entire week. The shower was changing temperature constantly which was a bit anoying. There is a small kitchen but no tool to cook or eat. Not even a plate or a fork. Before my arrival, I received several email with contradictions concerning the procedure to get the key at my arrival.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Beautiful place. Neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. It is an ideal place for stay. It is a little far from the centre through. But trams are available all the time. Staffs were polite and friendly. I loved it.

Cons: The shower area is little. It can barely accommodate one person.

Pros: Overall impression is very satisfied)) For such a price, the conditions are quite good. The room was clean, cleaning and linen change once a week. Good location, there is a supermarket very close, several cafes nearby, 10 minutes by foot to a tram stop and 15 minutes to a metro stop. On the website it's written that there are several stairs to the first floor, and to upper floors there is an elevator, but in reality it turned out that everywhere is easy with a stroller!))) Our room had a balcony, a bathroom, a mini kitchen with an electric stove, a microwave and a fridge. But! Without any dishes. I asked and they gave me one frying pan, a fork, and a knife. Also there's no even a rope to hang clothes after beach. I'll take this into account in the future, because I will come again with pleasure!

Cons: minus is that the entrance to the shower is too narrow, not suitable for everyone.

We would stay again

Pros: Location, easy street parking, clean, affordable, comfortable, nice staff.

residencia ideal para estudiar y/o trabajar en remoto.

Pros: La distribución de la habitación con una pequeña cocina es muy conveniente. La mesa de estudio es enorme y muy cómoda para estudiar y trabajar. La residencia dispone de un hall con máquinas y sofás muy cómodo además de gimnasio en las propias instalaciones.

Cons: La habitación podría ser un poco más grande y la cocina tener algún tipo de utensilios para cocinar.

Pros: Muy buena ubicacion, facil acceso, todas las comodidades en la habitacion.

Cons: Las camas un poco viejas y ruidosas.

Pros: La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, nevera, cocina eléctrica (aunque no funcionaba con mucha potencia, no fue un problema), microondas y un armario con perchas. La estancia es luminosa, amplia y acogedora — fue muy agradable estar allí. Cerca del alojamiento hay una tienda y un parque. La parada del tranvía está a unos 7–8 minutos caminando, desde donde se puede llegar fácilmente tanto a la playa como al centro de la ciudad. Las chicas de la recepción son muy amables y atentas, lo que hizo la estancia aún más cómoda. Todo fue acogedor y práctico. ¡Lo recomiendo! Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad.

Fenomenal

Pros: La chica de recepción era majísima, muy atenta. La habitación estaba fenomenal, amplia y con lo básico para pasar unos días, con aire acondicionado. Tenía microondas y una pequeña vitrocerámica y fregadero aunque no había nada de menaje en la habitación (nosotras ya lo sabíamos y no nos supuso ningún inconveniente). Por el precio que pagamos no se puede pedir más, perfecto. En la residencia había un gimnasio que pudimos utilizar, una mesa de pinpon y una zona común con algún juego (monopoli, risk, ajedrez) y maquina de café .
