Amazing overall, minor noise issue.
Pros: Everything was perfect — very clean, comfortable, and great location.
Cons: The only downside was the noise insulation — you can hear people walking in and out of nearby rooms.

Pros: A lot of space in the room and bathroom, location close to underground (8 min.) and to bus (3 min.), possibility to check-in and check-out whether you need.
Cons: A deposit of 50€ is needed, however, according to the reviews it was refunded.

Simply furnished, but unbeatable in price
Pros: Very good price for a room with TV, internet, and refrigerator, inklusive breakfast. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarket, restaurants, cafes. Good connection to public road transport.
Cons: What was missing were a few hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels and a shelf for the toiletries. It would be nice to have a few hooks or a coat rack to hang the jackets.

Good place to stay for a night or two.
Pros: We needed to book a room in Valencia for one night due to a small mix-up with our main holiday accommodation. The room was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, clean bed linen, and even two shower cabins in one bathroom. Plus, there’s a Consum supermarket just a few meters away. In other words, everything a traveler might need for an overnight stay before continuing the journey.
Cons: What we didn’t really like was the bathroom door: it seems that during installation there was a small miscalculation of a couple of centimeters in width, so the door doesn’t fully cover the doorway. As a result, there’s a gap through which you can either see someone using the toilet or taking a shower — and, of course, the sound insulation in such situations is not ideal. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also disappointing for all of us. Instead of real cheese, there was a cheese substitute with a rather artificial taste. The overall selection was quite limited — fried eggs, overcooked fatty bacon (or something similar), toast bread, cornflakes, milk, coffee, chemical cheese and that’s about all we remember, as we decided to have a proper meal later in one of the cafés across the street. None of us are picky eaters, but sadly we just couldn’t manage the breakfast.

Pros: I liked the friendly staff and access to the facilities. The room was big and sunny. The air conditioner worked perfectly. There's a shop just next door where you can buy food and use the residency's microwave. Also, great cafes nearby.
Cons: The walls are made of cardboard, and you can hear all neighbours and the neighbours often don't understand that they need to be quiet at least after 23.00. We had to complain several times to the reception. There's no soap in the rooms, and shower gel is just for one take, so be prepared to buy them by yourself. A kettle and a microwave are only in the dining room. It's quite far from the beach.

Pros: I don't quite understand some of the bad reviews. You get a great deal for your money here, but of course it isn't a luxorious hotel and is clearly labelled as a student residence. But even for us with two small kids, we found it just fine for a night. The beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom big enough and clean, and the building overall was also just fine. The staff was super friendly too :) The breakfast (toast, scrambled eggs with bacon, and coffee) was also just fine considering it was included in the price.
