Amazing time in beautiful Valencia
Pros: The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. We enjoyed sitting outside on the little patio as well. The really cool neighborhood has everything you need from Supermarkets to Bars and Restaurants and the Ruzafa Market Hall is only a few minutes by foot. All other highlights of the city are doable by foot as well and the long walks we took around the city were wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay here!
Cons: The street in front of apartment is quite busy and pretty noisy, especially early in the morning. But it didn't bother us too much.

Great stay in Valencia
Pros: Spacious, clean apartment in an excellent location. Good communication from host for check in, etc.
Cons: Quite noisy in the neighborhood on the Saturday night.

Loved Valentia!
Pros: Great apartment with all the neccessary facilities for a short stay. Centrally located with great access to other parts of Valencia. There are two gyms within 500m of the apartment. Great restaurants in the area and supermarkets nearby.
Cons: Only the EMT bus stops right outside the window. Not a big deal :-)

very nice and clean apartment with very good location. staff was amazing and very helpful.
Pros: Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped. location was very good - plenty of terraces, pubs, restaurants. good vibe. We were able to manage it to beach by foot within 1 hour. Metro and public transport was close to apartment, too
Cons: night life and early mornings of locals was sometimes louder than expected.

Pros: Apartamento excepcional, limpio, bien ubicado ....muy recomendable. Tiene de todo en la cocina, incluso habia capsulas de café y azúcar , jabon en el baño....lo cierto es que no le falta detalle.
Cons: Por aportar, echamos de menos un espejo a parte del que hay en el baño.

Pros: De locatie was echt perfect, midden in Russafa tegen over het welbekende Cafe Berlin. Daarnaast was het appartement van alles voorzien. Het was lekker ruim.
Cons: Het (extra)bed was nog niet opgemaakt bij aankomst, echter vonden wij direct het overtrek en hebben wij dit zelf gedaan. Het was dus geen probleem, maar was wel fijn geweest als het wel opgemaakt was.

Soggiorno a Valencia dal 16 al 20 agosto
Pros: La vicinanza al centro storico a piedi, vicinanza ai locali e caffetterie,check in comodissimo (siamo arrivati alle 22,30 e in autonomia siamo entrati )tramite un app che apre sia il portone del palazzo che dell'appartamento, tutto pulito e confortevole, letti comodi. L'alloggio era al 1 piano ma con le finestre chiuse silenzioso.Nel frigo c'era l'acqua fresca molto apprezzata dato le temperature. Macchinetta del caffè con cialde per i primi giorni.Comunicato tramite wapps con l'host x suggerimenti sui ristoranti ed era sempre disponibile, rispondendo velocemente. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e siamo stati bene, ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici.
Cons: Il bagno comodo anche se il lavandino è un po troppo piccolo, la cucina è attrezzata col minimo indispensabile ovviamente abbiamo mangiato fuori ma almeno la colazione si può fare a casa.frigo piccolo ma per pochi giorni va benissimo.

Excelente estancia en piso céntrico en Valencia. Cerca de buenos bares y restaurantes.
Pros: Nos gustó el fácil acceso al piso. El tema de acceder por código y no depender de nadie es genial. El piso extremadamente limpio, todo funciona perfectamente. Tienen máquina de café de cápsulas y microondas, además de todos los enseres básicos de la cocina. Tienen una terraza genial para tomar algo al aire libre y dejar la ropa de playa secando! La ubicación el piso es muy buena, muy céntrico y cerca de muchos bares y sitios para comer. Recomendación aparcar en el parking del mercado Ruzafa si vais en coche.
Cons: No tiene que ver con el piso pero por su ubicación, es prácticamente imposible aparcar en la calle cerca. Hay que irse al parking 24h más cercano. La tetera eléctrica estaba dañada, al enchufarla se caían los plomos.
