The Place To Be

Pros: The apartment was easy to reach via taxi from the airport and should cost approx. 20€ (recommended). The communication with the host was easy and quick. Entering the apartment was easy, especially with self-check-in. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults to stay in for 6 nights. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city centre so we hardly needed any public transport. The surroundings are quite lively so you won't be bored here! Thanks again for the massive flexibility and kindness. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: Ruzafa has a lot of soul, so don't expect a silent night. The area is filled with bars and restaurants to immerse yourself in the city's culture.

Pros: Great set up, really nice details to make it a better stay.

Cons: The room at the front smelt of smoke, possibly from the wardrobe. A shame because it seemed fairly newly painted

Amazing apartment in the lively Russafa neighbourhood

Pros: A comfortable, spacious, renovated, modern apartment with two bedrooms - perfect for exploring the historic center, major sights, night life, markets and shopping areas of Valencia.

Bardzo udany pobyt w świetnie zlokalizowanym miejscu.

Pros: Mieszkanie świetnie zlokalizowane, blisko Mercat Rusafa, głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo dobry i sprawny kontakt z gospodarzem, niezbędne wyposażenie bez zarzutu. Miejsce idealne na kilkudniowy pobyt w pięknej Walencji.

Cons: Okna nie są zbyt duże, naprzeciwko jest równie wysoka kamienica, przez co niewiele światła wpada do mieszkania. Z drugiej strony, drewniane okiennice po zamknięciu zapewniają większą prywatność i nieco lepszą izolację od otoczenia (pod oknem jest dość popularny lokal, który wypełnia się gośćmi, nad ranem jest słyszalny ruch samochodów. Sugerowałbym zmianę oświetlenia w głównym salonie, aby zrekompensować niedobór światła naturalnego.

Alojamiento muy correcto. Volvería.

Pros: Está muy bien situado. Los baños son nuevos. La calefacción funciona perfectamente. La decoración es bonita (la cocina es antigua pero está bien). Se entra con código pero también puedes llevarte un juego de llaves. Había gel y champú, papel higiénico y diferentes cosas de cocina como sal, especias,…

Cons: La ventana de la habitación que da al lavadero no se podía cerrar bien. No había ningún tipo de peligro porque el lavadero tenía rejas. Como crítica para todos los alojamientos y no solo para este, he de decir que los precios son un poco excesivos. Ya digo que no me refiero a este solo, sino a todos los que hay en general.

Pros: The location was very good, and the space more than adequate.

Cons: We got the impression that the bed sheets were not fresh. There were extra pillows but no pillowcases.

Marvellous, was a great place to relax and see the city from.

Pros: The location was perfect, and the apartment spacious.

Cons: We only had one towel per guest.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad!

Pros: Modern en ruim. Ziet er erg verzorgd uit. Locatie was super! Inchecken en communicatie met de host verliep top.

Cons: De bedden lagen niet prettig. Er is 1 badkamer met toilet en een apart toilet. Geen 2 badkamers zoals in de omschrijving staat.
