Pros: Excellent communication with the owner including a very thorough guide to Valencia. Great location and very nicely decorated and equipped apartment.

Decisamente consigliato, comodissimo per una famiglia di quattro persone

Pros: casa molto graziosa e caratteristica, spaziosa, ben arredata e attrezzata molto bene, due veri bagni con doccia sono una dote rara in appartamenti di queste dimensioni, molto tranquilla e silenziosa anche se il quartiere è vivace e pieno di locali, posizione strategica nel cuore di Russafa, proprio di fronte alla fermata di un autobus collegato al centro storico, molto bella la terrazza esterna, proprietario molto gentile, veloce nelle risposte e prodigo di informazioni, ci ha fornito una guida molto completa e piena di suggerimenti utili.

Cons: la pulizia generale è soddisfacente ma forse il proprietario ha un gatto perché i nostri amici che soffrono d'asma dicono di essersene accorti. Nella stanza con i letti singoli i materassi (peraltro molto comodi) sono a livello pavimento, niente di grave ma lo dico per completezza di informazione
