Pros: Really nice flat in a very fun, lively neighborhood - close to both train stations so it's easy to get there. We appreciated the terrace and laundry machine as well. Sandra met us at the apartment in person and helped explain everything which was really appreciated. We would come back for sure.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Valencia! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating — she allowed us to check out later than planned as we needed to work remotely, which we really appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect: right in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the best restaurants, bars, and local spots. The apartment itself was spotless, fully equipped, and the terraces overlooking the main street of the neighborhood were a real highlight. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valencia!

Excellent big flat

Pros: Sandra was adorable, easy communication and pick up of the keys. The flat has an excellent spot, nearby the best restaurants and bars in town. Clean, comfortable, easy communication. Heating/airco worked great. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all you need. Plenty of balconies and a terrace. Sure, at night you have a lively neighborhood. I appreciated it a lot. In any case, the house provides with earplugs. But it was big plus for me to feel so comfortable and well connected.

Enjoyed our stay and will defenitley recommend this stay to others

Pros: The apartment is spacious, located in the city centre in one of the popular districts, with many bars restaurants and clubs nearby. Sandra, the host, is very friendly and willing to help out and with good suggestions to explore in the city. Communication is smooth via WhatsApp. We received a nice bottle of wine as welcome. Can totally recommend this stay.

Pros: The perfect location to enjoy some of the best food and drinks that Valencia offers. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with a great kitchen. Sandra was a wonderful host; she informed us about local events happening during our stay. We attended them and enjoyed them very much.

Good apartment right in the heart of things

Pros: Good apartment. Comfortable beds. Good heating in winter in Valencia. Lots of kitchen utensils. Near shops, bars & restaurants. Really helpful host met us on arrival.

Cons: Floor was a bit dirty. Noisy outside until around 01:00 as many bars and restaurants nearby but right in the centre of Russafa.
