Pros: The location was great, and because the property was on the ground floor, it was easily accessible and had a fantastic outdoor area to the rear that could be used as a smoking area and/or to dry clothes - bed rooms were very clean with plenty of wardrobe space....overall the apartment was great ....and we would certainly go back

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about the apartment....

Pros: The apartment was greatly decorated, clean and in a perfect location. The contact with the host was also great and really helpful.

Cons: There was a whiff of sewer smell coming from the bathroom, sometimes it was so strong the entire house smelled like it. But that was really the only downside for us and not a big one. We opened the l back door to clear the air.

Pros: Highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is spacious, the two bedrooms are a good size with great storage. Comfortably accommodate 4 people. Good size bathroom and shower. The lounge area is spacious and comfy. The whole apartment is well presented and clean. The location is great and close to many restaurants and the city centre and easy to walk to various places. The area is vibrant in the evening and lots of entertainment to choose.

Looking forward to a return visit to Valencia

Pros: Location is perfect for exploring Valencia Lots of bars and restaurants nearby Apartment is very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful. Checked in with us to ensure that we were happy and that everything was in order.

Pros: L'appartamento è stupendo, tenuto bene e ha tutto il necessario per poterci stare anche a lungo. Unica nota negativa sotto. In ogni caso sono rimasta molto soddisfatto.

Cons: Purtroppo è abbastanza rumoroso, si sentono le voci sulla strada perché c'è un locals vicino.

Great apartment to experience Rufassa neighborhood of Valencia with a huge selection of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Pros: Nice two bedroom with washer and dryer. Great location for dining out. Easy access to train station.

Cons: Property is ground floor and noisy for front bedroom at night, but we were told this in advance, so knew what to expect. We couldn’t figure out tv, but was fine without it!

Pros: The apartment was perfect, big, clean, everything look new, very confortable and beautiful decorated.

Cons: No human personal attention at all ...but it was not necessary.

Pros: Algehele sfeer, leuk aangekleed. Fijn dat de slaapkamers wat uit elkaar liggen. Leuke badkamer en keuken met alles erop er eraan. Fijne opbergruimtes in de slaapkamers. Hele goede locatie. Veel eettentjes op hele korte afstand. Heel attent stond er een welkomstpakketje voor ons klaar met lekkers.
