Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable, bright, authentic apartment.

Cons: There is no elevator in the house. There is a big difference in level between the bathroom and the living room, so everyone needs to be careful.

Perfect position, clean apartment, bigger than it looks

Pros: Perfect location in the heart of Ruzafa, comfy bedrooms and clean apartment. Big shower and living room. Windows are big and capable of letting the sun come in contributing to create a great vibe inside the flat. Maybe the only bad side could be that doors are old so you can actually hear noises coming from outside, but it is not that disturbing after all.

Cons: It's not that I didn't like it but it is important to understand that the apartment is in an old building and itself is old. And you can see and feel that. As a solo traveler I was a bit confused at first about the noises from the staircase (you can hear other people coming and leaving their apartments), however it has again to do with it being an old building. I myself prefer that and like experiencing not a standard hotel living, but if someone prefers that, better to maybe reevaluate.

Lovely area; great location; friendly and available staff

Pros: Mario met us and showed us all the facilities and the extra’s - gave us a quick how to guide for the area and train/bus options. We could easily reach him via whats app. He also checked in with us during the stay. There is so many unexpected extra’s : enough toiletries; spice and oils; beach umbrella and toweling; we felt at home

Pros: The location was incredible! It was a spacious apartment perfect for 3. Super easy to communicate with the host and obtain keys. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to Old Town . Lots of shops, market place and restaurants around with tasty food. Great communication with owner Heater wasn't fully working and we didn't have kettle but owner Was really kind and reacted quickly and organised new heather and kettle after first day. Thank you again!

Супер локация във Валенсия

Pros: Местоположението беше много добро, в тиха уличка. На 20-30 минути пеша както от Историческия център, така и от Града на изкуствата и науката. Около апартамента има много магазини, ресторанти и като цяло, локацията е супер.

Cons: Банята беше твърде малка. Ако сте висок и едър, няма да се поберете. Ние не бяхме нито високи, нито едри, така че успяхме, но си беше предизвикателство :) Нещо, което не е голям проблем, но е хубаво д а се оправи - едната отоплителна печка дава на късо и бушонът пада. Ютията не работи.
