Impresionante apartamento en Ruzafa al lado del mercado

The perfect place to relax and enjoy great food in the Russafa district.

Pros: Perfect location. Within a short walking distance, there’s a supermarket, spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks. Just around the corner, there’s a bike rental. What we liked the most was the small balcony with a coffee table and a beautiful view of the not-too-busy street.

Cons: We liked everything. In fact, we returned to this apartment after three years. A small inconvenience is that it’s on the third floor with no elevator, which is something to keep in mind when booking—but it’s clearly stated in the apartment description. Among the appliances, it’s worth mentioning the large bathroom with a spacious shower, a washing machine, a capsule coffee machine, and of course, the balcony :) One unexpected advantage turned out to be the “analog” keys to the apartment. We were leaving Valencia on the day of a blackout, and since there was no electricity anywhere, we wouldn’t have been able to get back into the apartment for our suitcases if it had modern electronic locks ;)

A lovely apartment close to excellent restaurants and a great market.

Pros: The flat was superbly located and very comfortable with a great walk-in closet and a little balcony.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a constant smell of drains which was unpleasant, especially when coming in from outside.

Dort würden wir gerne wohnen/leben

Pros: Wir kennen und lieben das Ruzafa Quartier und drum bewusst dort gesucht und gefunden. Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet und hat alles, sogar ne Waschmaschine. Wir schätzten vorallem die vielen Fenster auf beide Seiten (ruhiger Innenhof und auch auf die Strassenseite, dort sogar mit kleinem Balkon) und die schönen hohen Räume. Auch das Bad hat ein ein grosses Fenster. Die Einrichtung ist nach unserem Gusto und wir könnten uns gut vorstellen, dort mal 1-2 Monate zu verbringen. So viele gute Restos, Bars und der Ruzafa Markt in Fussdistanz. Tipp: Fahrrad mieten - machen wir immer über den gesamten Zeitraum. VLC ist sehr fahrradfreundlich und die Automobilisten lassen den Velos IMMER den Vortritt (kennen wir so in der Schweiz leider nicht)

Cons: das WLAN ist nicht das schnellste - ist aber höchstens wichtig, wenn jemand beruflich viel online sein muss.

Mooi en comfortabel appartement

Pros: Een comfortabel, goed verzorgd, gezellig en ruim appartement met goede faciliteiten. De ligging was ook prima in een gezellige wijk met veel restaurantjes en terrasjes in de buurt.

Cons: Het appartement was nogal gehorig. In het weekend waren er feesten aan de overkant met gasten die nogal luidruchtig waren tot diep in de nacht en je hoort de bovenburen tot laat heen en weer lopen. Er hangt een rioollucht gemengd met een geur diffuser wat een onaangename lucht veroorzaakt. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is het op 3 hoog minder geschikt want er is geen lift.

Cons: Son 3 largos pisos por escalera

Semana en Valencia

Pros: Un apartamento bien ubicado, limpio,con aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos en Valencia

Cons: Aunque estuvimos muy bien por comentar Echamos en falta alguna persiana Y sobre todo el la puerta de entrada arriba había cristal y cuando se encendía la luz de la escalera se iluminaba hasta la habitación no era mucho pero si estuviera tapado estaría mejor

Kaunis asunto mahtavalla sijainnilla !

Pros: Upea asunto täydellisellä sijainnilla. Kaunis naapurusto, ihania ravintoloita ympärillä, kävelymatka keskustaan sekä helpot kulkuyhteydet.

Cons: Epämielyttävä tunkkainen haju, helpottaa tosin kun asuntoa hieman tuulettaa.

Pros: Posizione eccellente, appartamento arredato con gusto ed eleganza

Cons: Terzo piano senza ascensore. Talvolta c'era un odore sgradevole
