Versus Apartments near City of Arts III

Very nice apartment, excellent location

Pros: very good apratment, location was excellent - right next to the city of arts and about 30 minute walk to the city centre (even shorter if you wanna take the bus). the apartament itself was nice - not too big but not cramped. it was also quite cool, which i imagine is an advantage in summer, however in the middle of february it was a bit uncomfortable (however there is an ac unit that probably had heating - we didnt use it since the duvet provided was very warm). as to hearing neighbours - they added a wall panel that had sponge on the side of former door/wall which did a nice job of muffling voices - we could still hear the next door neighbours (especially in the bathroom and right next to the closet) but it was very faint and didnt disturb our sleep or rest

Cons: the bedside tables werent wiped down after the previous guests, which i think was just something that was forgotten during cleaning since everything else was very clean. also the door to our apartment was very hard to open, you had to really push it to open (the same with the window) which was confusing at first but once we got the hang of it it was just a tad annoying

Pros: + great location- close to Oceanografic, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Marathon start Area (You're basically IN the starting zone) + very comfortable bed and pillows + kitchen furnishings + contact with the host

Cons: - price on the Marathon weekend (but it concerns all the objects in Valencia...) - very thin walls - door lock, few times we had problem to open the door

Pros: The apartment had everything we need. Was clean, spacious and the beds were very confortable.

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is providing more towels for showering. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Nice spot with great staff

Pros: Very friendly staff who are welcoming, helpful and professional.

Cons: Nothing i can think of.

Good value to price

Pros: - Great location - near to Turia park and Ciudad del Futur - Easy check-in, all instructions were clear - Tidy - Calm neighbourhood

Cons: - A bit noisy from other rooms and corridor

Pros: Location was excellent, easy parking, clean modern rooms.

Pros: Place is clean and good communication with the host

Cons: Not very quiet, wall are thin and neighbors were loud (TV was blasting after midnight)

Good value for money, clean and easygoing

Pros: Clean and tidy, close to the Turia park and the modern science museum. Easy check-in process, relatively quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Often overheard neighbors talking

An absolute treat

Pros: The entire experience was wonderful and would recommend this facility to anyone
