Pros: Great locations for families especially because the area is quiet, the building is new with elevator, supermarket within the apartment complex, just across the street from the promenade of the City of Arts area, mall and carrefour 7 min by foot. We really enjoyed the stay, we could use the stroller with no issues. Lots of restaurants nearby, near the Turia garden and Gulliver park, we would take the children daily. The apartment has everything you need, fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher.

Small but new, clean and in great location!

Pros: A small but nice, new and very clean appartment in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the appartment had everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a washing mashine and a dishwasher (they even provided detergents). The agent who received us was was very kind and explained everything.

Cons: The only small downside was the shower door leaked a bit when used and resulted in a wet and difficult to dry floor towel/mat.

Pros: Tiszta és kényelmes apartman, nagyon jó helyen Valenciában a város felfedezéséhez. Sok látnivaló gyalogosan is elérhető. A lakás csendes, biztonságos, jól felszerelt, az ágyak szuper kényelmesek, a berendezés modern és a fürdőszoba is nagyon szép. Novemberben voltunk, jó meleg volt az apartmanban.

Cons: A bejárati ajtó alatti rés miatt a folyosóról behallatszottak a hangok, de nem zajos a ház, így nem volt nagy probléma. A kabátoknak es cipőknek praktikus lenne egy kis előszoba bútor, de így is tökéletes volt.

Pros: Ottima struttura situata in un quartiere nuovo e accogliente, con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è nuovo e completo di tutto quello che occorre ad una famiglia. Abbiamo noleggiato delle bici in zona e abbiamo fruito dei km di piste ciclabili che ci hanno consentito di arrivare ovunque in città.

Cons: Nulla da segnalare.

Pros: Super Lage, charmantes Appartement, Schlafsofa war gut, alles super. Gewürze und Öl für Kochen gibt es nicht, sonst alles vorhanden.

Pros: El apartamento era pequeñito pero muy completo. Tenía de todo. Era cómodo y estaba limpio. Todo muy nuevo. La zona estaba muy bien también. Comercios cerca y a un paseo de la ciudad delas ciencias. Del centro más alejado pero hay transporte público cerca.
