Beautiful Valensia we’ll see you again.

Pros: Terass is the star of the property, and the Location.

Cons: Property is great and we don’t have any cimplains. The elevator could be faster and couple of times didn’t work. But that is not fault od the owners of the appartment.

A very comfortable stay perfect for our family and for our trip objectives.

Pros: The host waited for us in front of the building, gave us the code and then took time to show us the apartment, explain everything and even give us tips how to get around the city to what was of interest to us. There was a supermarket right a couple of steps from our building, a small park behind it, and on the other side the bus stop and the City of Arts and Sciences - absolutely perfect location if the main objective is to visit these museums. Gulliver park and Turia gardens also reachable by crossing the street. A big mall (El Saler) with everything one might want was also reachable by walking for one bus stop or by taking the bus. Additionally, by taxi from the building to the city center one only took around 10 minutes. The air conditioning was in perfect order too and extremely useful.

Cons: Everything was fine for us - we found everything we needed in the apartment. If one plans on going to the beach only and does not want to use public transport, then it might not be the optimal location - but even so, there were buses from the bus stop in front that took one directly to the Port and the Las Arenas beach (bus 95).

Very nice apt clean and confortable

Pros: The apartment is really clean and confortable, everything works perfectly: the shower, the washing mashine, the bed is confortable, the terrace is big and nice (even if it’s at the first floor). The area is super nice for families, with the science museum and oceanografico really close and some nice playgrounds just around the corner. Everything went really well!

I would book apartment once again, if coming back to Valencia with family.

Pros: Great location close to bus station and supermarket, large terrace, modern and well equipped apartment, washing and dish machine - everything as expected.

Cons: All good and nothing bad to expose.

Great fully eqipped and spacious apartement with huge terrace, in a very nice area, with kind hosts.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with huge terrace. All possible equipment, just to mention dishwasher, iron, coffee machine, kitchen essentials, two TV sets, good WiFi etc. Great hosts, kind and always available. Very easy entering, same code for entry door, building entrance and elevator. Good location, peaceful area with everything nearby, lovely neighbourhood. Reccommendation!

Great flat for our stay

Pros: Flat was great, had everything we needed for our stay including a wee manual on how to work everything . Loved the large balcony. The man that checked us in was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, a credit to your company. Location was perfect for our visit to compete in the Valencia Marathon.

Pros: The location is excellent, it’s close to many bus stations, which makes the Access to the Beach and turistic atractions really easy. There is no noise from the Street. The appartment is fully equipped and nicely organized. The staff members are extremly polite and careful and helpful.

Cons: The only possible downside could be that the Sofa may not be percieved as really comfortable.

Pros: Great location - Arts, Science museum, Hemispheric, Oceanografic within walking distance, comfortable apartment, perfect for a family of 4, sofa bed was quite comfortable, coffee machine with compliment coffee capsules, supermarket nearby working 7:00-23:00 every day of the week, public transport nearby with bus 95 reaching most of the popular places. A place worth staying at when in Valencia.

Cons: No forks/knifes/spoons in apartment, which was strange having in mind all other utensils were there. Apartment wasn't perfectly clean - particularly the floor and especially the terrace - perfect terrace but was quite dusty. As

Pros: The apartment and the location are amazing to explore Valencia. Is perfect for families with small kids as there’s shops and playgrounds within walking distance.

Cons: Being at the first floor it could be a bit noisy from the street but it wasn’t disruptive.

Pros: Ha sido una experiencia increíble, nos encanto, apartamento con todas las comodidades, nos sentimos como en casa, la ubicación para el museo de las ciencias excelente, puedes ir andando esta al lado, dejamos el coche al lado del apartamento porque encontramos sitio y te puedes mover en autobús o andando, para visitar Valencia. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Instalaciones excelente, camas cómodas y el servicio y el trato de las chicas que llevan los apartamentos super atentas les doy un excelente. Lo recomiendo.
