The stay was good and the location fantastic, with a few small improvements, it could be excellent.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the City of Arts and Sciences, Gulliver Park, and a supermarket only 3 minutes away. Perfect location for a family with kids after a long day at the Oceanografic, also perfect for having a stroll at the City of Arts by day and night. It’s also very well connected to public transport. The air conditioner worked great, and the host was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive, which we really appreciated.

Cons: There are a few things that could be improved: the sofa bed is not very comfortable, the apartment could use more storage space and extra hangers, and it would be helpful to have basic kitchen essentials like salt and sugar. Additionally, the online check-in process was quite time-consuming.

Pros: The place was clean and tidy, in a great location, and the host was very helpful with plenty of good advice.

Pros: Location, free parking in front of the building, terrace, bathroom - and the fact there were new utensils, pots & pans, detergent for laundry & dishwasher, shower gels, bags for trash.. All those details you don’t want to worry about when you just got into the apartment. Overall great stay! Ah and yes - people working with ApartUp are helpful too! :)

Cons: Since it was ground floor & close to the entrance door, it was often noisy. Think the dinning table could be higher quality and chairs & couch more comfortable.

Nagyon kedves és rugalmas szállásadó, jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta szállás.

Pros: Csendes szállás, jó elhelyezkedéssel, tágas terek, gyorsan befűtötte a klíma a helyiségeket, kellemes illat, tisztaság. A szállásadó az irodában megőrizte a csomagjainkat, amikor szükség volt rá, nagyon kedvesek voltak.

Cons: A zuhanyajtó nem záródott tökéletesen, így kellemetlen volt zuhanyzás után még feltakarítani. Hiányzott a konyhából egy mikró és cukor, tea egyéb apróbb kiegészítők, kevés tároló a holmiknak.

Pros: L'host ci ha attesi alle 1:00 di notte, gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato tutto. La struttura è essenziale e comoda, completa di tutto, nuova e funzionale. Ci siamo trovati bene

Cons: Alcuni fissaggi da migliorare ed il bagno cieco. Le due televisioni avevano un solo telecomando

Pros: La ubicación cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Limpio y cómodo para una familia con dos niños.

Cons: Un leve olor a humedad. Y que se oía la puerta del portal si se cerraba sin cuidado, al ser nuestro apartamento el primero al entrar al edificio.

Cons: La cama del sofá cama bastante incómoda
