The best value apartment complex in Valencia in my opinion, we already booked here twice and we’ll be back again!

Pros: Closeness to the valley of Arts and Sciences; expert host services, code locks instead of physical keys

Comfortable apartment in good location

Pros: We were met on arrival, given the code for the door and shown around the apartment. Our host also advised about the buses and local amenities. The location was a 40 minute walk from the historic centre through a park. We also used buses to get around the city and to the beach. The apartment had all that we needed. Good air con, lots of towels, comfortable bed, good range of appliances.

Very good experience in Valencia

Pros: Staying at the apartment was comfortable. Access to the apartment was easy and quick. We had parking outside the apartment, which was very convenient.

Cons: Everything was good . There was not something that I didn't like

Highly recommended small flat near Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias

Pros: The apartment looks exactly like the photos, kitchen was very well equipped, clean sheets and towels, above hotel grade. The key code system is very comfortable, since you don’t have to worry about keeping any keys with you during your stay. Our hosts were really friendly and were easy to reach when we had questions. If you know Valencia, then you already know the location of this place is really good. There was a festival going on in the valley nearby during our stay but you could not hear anything with the windows closed. It’s easy to get groceries for breakfast from the nearby shops.

Cons: If you are sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed, it can get noisy because the entrance door has a small gap at the treshold so you can hear people in the corridors, but if you have earplugs or you are already used to some level of noise from living in a flat at home, then it’s not an issue.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is fantastic, especially for families with children — everything is nearby and convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

My stay in the appartment was very comfortable and location was great.

Pros: The location was brilliant and the appartment was very clean and quiet.

Cons: Every time we had a shower the water will spill out of the door and there was no mop to sort it out.

I'd recommend it for families.

Pros: Amazing and comfortable apartment in a very good and quiet location. -Perfect for a family with kids/couple. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay -close to public transport, supermarkets -walking distance to Oceanografic, Hemisferic, Les Arts -great communication with the host -checkin/checkout is very smooth and easy Would definitely come again, thank you:)

Pros: Excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio y con lo necesario. Gran trato del personal.

APARTAMENTO RECOMENDABLE PARA VISITAR VALENCIA

Pros: Apartamento justo al lado de las Ciudad de la Artes y las Ciencias, con supermercados y de todo cerca. A unos 30 minutos andando hasta el centro. Es un apartamento turístico que está junto a otros. Como un hotel, pero de apartamentos turísticos en vez de habitaciones. Estaba todo muy limpio, nuevo, correcto y confortable. Totalmente recomendable para visitar la ciudad.

Cons: Pensaba según el anuncio que tenía aparcamiento propio en el parking, pero al final no. De todas maneras, es una zona que suele tener aparcamientos en la calle.
