Great family stay in Valencia

Pros: Location, check-in/out flexibility, staff communication very effective. Great wifi and smart TV (including Netflix), good size bed with hard mattress. Kitchenware suited to our needs, we cooked daily for our toddler. Great overall flat size. Heating worked very well, the apartment was cold when we arrived. Shop and bus stop nearby.

Cons: Bathroom was ok but we felt the shower cabin was very slippery and not super clean. Also the floor was extremely cold (we visited in December) and didn't warm up although heating was great overall

Pros: Very nice and responsive staff. Very good location.

Cons: Finding only strongly scratched and hence unusable frying pans (that were, however, promptly replaced after we complained about it). Slightly unconformable beds. Limited storage space.

Great location for a family stay

Pros: The location of the appartment is very nice, if you travel with kids. Walking distance to science museum, Gulliver park, the garden, Oceanarium, playgrounds and shopping malls. Very good transport connection to other nice areas e.g. Beach, old center. Walking distance to Ruzafa neighborhood too. The apartment is well equipped, bed and sofa are comfortable. The location is really quiet away from tourists, but close to food shops and restaurants. The apartment is suitable for a family with kids as the sofa gets very easily folded during the day. Cons: Bathroom door does not open fully. For a stay longer than 3 nights some cleaning tools might be added to clean the spaces by the guests - for bathroom some mop and cleaning tool for the living room as well.

Pros: It was centrally located and close to public transportation.

Cons: As advertised parking is available, was misleading as you had to pay for reserved parking and it was nearly impossible to find a parking spot on the opposite free parking lot.

Appartamento perfetto per una famiglia con bimbi.

Pros: La posizione è perfetta per una vacanza con bambini, attaccata al complesso delle arti e delle scienze, molto comodo anche all'oceanografico (meno di 10 min a piedi). I mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro storico sono vicinissimi e il tragitto non è lungo 15-20 minuti. Nei dintorni ci sono ottimi posti per fare colazione, pranzare e cenare. La presenza in casa della lava/asciuga aiuta a partire con valige più leggere. Un altro plus è la lavastoviglie, piccola, ma super funzionale. Tv in sala e in camera. Il check-in in presenza (ormai una vera rarità nel campo del booking online) è stato facile e veloce. L'assistenza telefonica è stata buona, anche con wazzap.

Cons: Il boiler per l'acqua calda è piccolino, come in quasi tutte le case che abbiamo trovato sulle piattaforme in affitto in Spagna e se si è in 4 a fare la doccia d'inverno bisogna stare attenti con i tempi di utilizzo dell'acqua calda. L'appartamento è molto grazioso e ben arredato, ma alcune piccole manutenzioni potrebbero portare il mio 9 a un 10.

Pros: Tudo perfeito, fomos recebido pela Taira que nos forneceu muitas informações além do funcionamento do apartamento, como dicas de restaurantes, supermercados e atrações. Apartamento bem equipado e confortável! Existe um estacionamento, sem custos, em frente.

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Las camas muy cómodas incluso la del sofá. La cocina bien equipada incluso con varios electrodomésticos pequeños. Kit de limpieza, cápsulas de café y botella de agua a la llegada, todo un detalle. Calidad-precio perfecto 💯

Pros: Apartamento amplio, comodo y moderno. Situado en barrio tranquilo y a un paso del museo de las Ciencias. Me gusto, bastante, el detalle de un segundo televisor en la habitacion. Se lo recomiendo a todos los que quieran visitar Valencia.

Cons: Nada que mencionar, todo bien.
