La Casona Beach House

Fabulous

Pros: Very spacious and well equipped. Beautifully decorated. Great location with easy access to local bars, restaurants, beach, public transport and boat trips. Fabulous beach within 10 minute walk.

We loved the area, the house and Valencia and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: La Casona Beach house is very unique. A very arty house with a lovely balcony and an outdoor area. Beds were very comfy and there was lots of room in the house. There was also a lovely sauna and jacuzzi and record player with plenty of records! Vittorio was very helpful and professional. Beach towels, parasol and beach chairs were provided for the fab beach 10 mins away. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I don’t think it is suitable for people with mobility issues as there is a few steps with no handrail down into the main bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suites with no doors and walls don’t go right up to ceiling so sound can be an issue if you need to use the bathroom during the night! However, it’s all part of the quirkiness of the house!

Pros: Location was very good. 7min. walking distance to the beach, 30min. by pub. transport to the center. The house was large, nice and special.

Great house, beautiful property

Pros: Incredible confortable, all amenities… even beach towels. Great suggestions from Vittorio… the restaurants around are really nice and just 5min to beach

For us the place a great choise, we enjoyed it

Pros: The house is huge, with great open space areas to share. Also the garden and the terrace were great, if you plan to spend some time at the house. I did use the sauna, that was really nice. Cannot say much about the kitchen as we didn't use it at all - but it looked well equipped.

Cons: Just take care as there is not much of a privacy between the residents. Like the bathrooms are actually part of the rooms (yeah, just a wall between the bed and the toilet :D ) and the master bedroom has no actual door towards the upper living room.

Loved it, will come again when in the region

Pros: great location, close to the beach, in the middle of a quite area. with great access to local market, shops and restaurants large and spacious apartment, fully equipped generically with everything need to have an easy and good stay

Cons: Parking in the area is an issue, better to not come with a car

Fabulous beach house in Valencia!

Pros: The house is very big and extremely cool all facilities you could expect and beds very comfortable always a major bonus. The layout is quirky but definitely manageable as a lot of space between the 2 bedrooms! There is a sun terrace that gets the sun (Oct) from about 1pm and is a lovely place to sit. If visiting València perfect place to base yourself as an easy cab (10euro) or metro ride into centre but all the benefits of the beach which is very good! The tapas restaurants around the house are great and varied. Beach restaurants are ok but much better to venture just behind and you will find many very good value places to eat that are better than the beach.

Cons: Very little to mention - maybe a few sun beds on terrace and slightly better steps to get to it but minor

Fantastic

Pros: Exceptional host, location, accommodation and utilities. The house is huge and clean. One of the bedrooms has a very nice view to the garden outside and all rooms have its own bathroom/shower plus an extra at the second floor. The ground floor is also equiped with a bathroom if you're to lazy to go upstairs. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need plus some extras. Jacuzzi and sauna are extras that goes well with the apartment. I totaly recommend this to anyone who wants a accomodation close to the beach (they are some accomodations on the beach, but we avoided them since the clubs there can get very loud late into the night). Keep up the great work!

Cons: The big room upstairs can get very hot, but if you open a couple of windows, it becomes acceptable. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners so this was not a big deal for us. Downstairs is always cool and pleasent. Nothing else to add.

Sublime dream place

Pros: Very large spaces, authentic vintage decoration. Very friendly contact with owner and cleansing people. Every detail is arranged.

Pros: Superbe maison, proche de la plage, avec un chauffage au sol ce qui est rare en Espagne mais si confortable ! La maison est bien équipée pour les enfants, spacieuse et vraiment agréable. Et il y a les transports en commun à quelques minutes à pieds.
