Enjoyable stay!
Pros: Great location, close to bus and tran stops, metro station, 10-minute walk to the beach, supermarket and many cafes within a few minute walk. In the flat itself, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries available in the bathroom. A very clean place.
Cons: The flat is not heated but it's not a big problem because if you are a bit cold, air conditioning warms the place. It's also a bit dark without much sun light but there are a lot of lamps inside.

Pros: I really appreciate the contact person, Vittorio, for his reliable and polite attitude and communication. We was helpful and welcoming. Also with bottle of wine :). The locality is very interesting and calm. Everething in apartment was practically prepared. The apartment is a bit darker, but in hot summer days it must be an oasis.

Lovely house in Cabanyal
Pros: The house is small and functional ,newly decorated it's clean and fresh .In fact the cleanliness of the place was exceptional.A bottle of wine to greet you as well as our host Vittorio who went over our expectations by still meeting us despite our very late flight in .The location is terrific you only have to turn a corner for shops or a very nice coffee (Kaide ,cafe y pan 👍👍),small local shop no more than a 3min walk ,beach is a brisk 5min walk .We attended a sporting event in the city at Easter ,so we experienced the Full Spanish Easter ..which is all night each of the days over the festival ..we loved it ,very local very cultural ,but not for everyone.Taxis are 10 euros to everywhere and are clean, punctual and plentiful. But I'll finish with the house .. completely fulfilled our expectations and would recommend highly for anyone looking to stay and explore the area .G

Excellent stay
Pros: Very nice and cosy place within walking distance to the beach and metro station. We stayed there with our 8-month baby and really enjoyed it. Vittorio our host was very welcoming and helpful.
Cons: Can be a bit noisy due to road works and cars passing by, but the street is not too busy so this was not a big issue

Genuine atmosphere of Valencia, close to the beach
Pros: The appartment is cosy and clean. It is extremely practically equipped (from kitchen utensils, seasoning/coffee/wine, SUMA card you can use in city transportation, beach towels to useful contacts for quality bike rental shop or various restaurants) for you to feel like at home and have your vacation free of any worries depriving you of time. Vittorio, the appartment keeper, is very helpful and promptly reacting, ready to face even extraordinary challenges that life may bring during your holiday. All in all, we had a pleasant holiday with authentic athmosphere of Valencia there and would come again.

Perfect stay for a city trip
Pros: We had a perfect stay in this house. It had every thing we needed. Location was great, nearby the beach. The host is super nice and sent many recommendations for food, drinks, bike rental etc. The house is close to the road, but since the street is not busy, we didn’t had any problems with the noise. Will definitely recommend this place!

Pros: De hartelijke ontvangst door Andrea, daarbij app contact voor als er vragen zouden zijn! In een mooie en leuke wijk, vlakbij het strand. Supermarkt in de buurt, zo ook kroegjes en restaurants.
Cons: Het weer, maar daar kan niemand wat aan doen. Juist DAARDOOR dagelijks gelopen naar alle indrukwekkende bezienswaardigheden, door andere wijken en mooie parken. Wat is Valencia een mooie stad! Ook hebben we een dag fietsen gehuurd. Dat kan in straatje van dezelfde supermarkt.
