Luxury double Suite at heart of Ruzafa

Pros: the apartment is located at 10-15 minutes walk by historical center, a lot of good reataurants close to the apartment.

Cons: the shower gel was missing, also it would be great if we had at least some coffe, since we arrived late and the next morning we needed to wait until 10 AM for the shops to open.

Pleasant vacation

Pros: Nice apartament, new furniture, all facilities we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Good wifi. Comfortable and big beds. Good location, close to many restaurants, bus, metro.

Cons: I don't know if this is a general issue for Valencia or only here, but water pressure at bathroom was very low. Hard to unlock/open front door.

Pros: The location is perfect! Everything is close and accessible. The neighborhood is full of bars and it is very alive. The terrace view is stunning. I would recommend this place because of the location.

Pros: Well-located, cool and very much alive neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Very modern apartment, everything seemed new. Self-check-in. Even though it’s next to a bar/club, you can hear nothing.

Cons: Would be nice to have some basic kitchen ingredients like oil, sugar, and kitchen paper.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The neighbourhood is very nice, close to metrostations, bus stops and city centre. Definitely would come back again.

You have 2 separate bedrooms, living room with kitchen. There is an iron and ironing board available which is a big plus. Large wardrobes. If it gets cold, you can take a blanket.

Cons: It would be nice if shower gel was available. The price includes hand soap and a small bottle of dishwashing liquid. one dishwashing tablet would be nice too, otherwise the dishwasher cannot be used. be aware that from Thursday to Sunday the bar under the apartment is open and you can hear a noise. But it doesn't interfere too much, because the bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment.

Pros: The place is cool and well located, surrounded by bars, cafes, super markets, restaurants and still well located, walking distance from the city center.

Cons: It can be quite loud at night, not only because of the bars, but mostly the neighbours in the corridor.

Large spacious flat in the heart of lively Ruzafa

Pros: Great location in central Valencia , the plazas and streets nearby have plenty of bars/restaurants and the area is lively . The flat is quite large with tall ceilings and feels very spacious , has a decently equipped kitchen and a living room with a small balcony .

Cons: The bed in the main bedroom of flat 9 wasn't particularly comfortable . The plug socket in the kitchen was loose and comes off entirely when you remove a plug . Also the bedrooms aren't particularly well insulated from sound , as we could hear guests laughing and chatting from the flat above late at night.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was super easy going.

Pros: The apartment was really clean and comfortable with nice interior furnitured. The location of the apartment was super, there are many cafes and bars nearby. Parking space is also nearby vis a vis of the building.
