Pros: The owner Fran was very friendly and helpful and supplied us with loads of information about the area, good places to eat etc. The apartment is very big and very comfortable with everything you'd need. I will definitely be staying here again. The location is spot on, too. The outdoor area is nice, not many apartments in the city would have this, so it was a nice bonus.

Cons: The only thing was not being able to open the outdoor blinds fully, but we weren't there much during the day anyway, so it didn't bother us too much.

Pros: Very nice spacious apartment in a great location and lovely neighbourhood. Good helpful host who was on hand to answer any queries promptly.

Cons: A little noisy from the neighbours and the street if you're a light sleeper but it was fine.

Pros: Great location, near train station and also luggage storage nearby. City centre was a walkable distance but also the buses are frequent and included in the Valencia city pass. Area is very lively , with lots of bars and restaurants. Fran, the host was very helpful with lots of recommendations. We had arrived on a very early flight and were quite tired. Fran let us know when the apartment was ready, so we got to check in a bit earlier.

A very comfortable home from home in a charming neighbourhood

Pros: The property is located on the first floor of a period property in a charming neighbourhood. It is accessible by lift or stairs. We enjoyed sitting out on the pretty patio that opens into the interior courtyard and the large sofa made the inside space very comfortable. It is very nicely presented and spacious.

Cons: The check in is 4.30pm which was a bit inconvenient for us and the property is above a restaurant so it was a bit noisy at night. During the day, it was a bit dark inside as the owners requested that we didn’t wind the blinds up fully. It also had pest alarms plugged into the sockets in every room which was a bit off putting.

Great holiday in Valencia!

Pros: Fran was a great host and gave us tips related the restaurants and things to see/do. He did everything he could to make our visit memorable. He helped us even with finding a cab for the airport. Many thanks!
