Nice stay in nicely decorated, convenient, clean and quiet apartment

Pros: It was a quite new apartment. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was well equipped and quite spacy. Easy access via code on the door. There was no reception in the building but they set up a whatsapp for us for questions and the staff always responded fast and were very friendly, even in evenings or Sunday. Also requests were handled very fast. I would definitely come back.

Cons: We unfortunately experienced a broken hot water system one day. We understand this is a mechanical failure not caused by the company. But they handled it well and fixed it very fast. Apart from that one small tip for improvement would be to make sure shower and toilet supplies are available always. We had to ask for this a couple of times. This was no big issue because it was handled very fast.

Nice place, very clean, great location, with thoughtful accessories waiting for us.

Pros: There was a nice little welcome box with water and chips waiting for us, and a complete array of cleaning supplies for laundry, etc, which was quite welcome after three days of hiking.

Heerlijk verblijf in gezellige wijk!

Pros: Leuke locatie in een gezellige buurt. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt en je zit zo in het centrum. Mooi ingericht appartement met fijn balkon. Complete keuken en 2 toiletten.

Cons: Warm water was soms op. Beetje gehorig.
