Pros: We loved the place it’s perfect for group of people around 5-6. We really liked that there are two bathrooms and kitchen with facilities.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect for us.

Great location and big living room

Pros: Beautiful living room- lots of light , balcony, great location

Cons: Very thin walls and doors, we were constantly awake bcs of the neighbours, up and down the stairs and in the flats. The key box did not work so we had to go around with one single key and organize, we were six! The rooms were small and the bathrooms needs some improvments!

Wonderful apartments — we will definitely come back!

Pros: Everything was wonderful! We booked a three-bedroom apartment, and it was perfect for our group (4 adults and 3 children). The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and clean, located on a quiet street. Everything was excellent!

Cons: A recommendation for the owners or those managing the apartment: please clean the dishwasher, as the dishes remain dirty after washing.

Perfect family apartment in the centre of Valencia

Pros: The apartment was bright, well decorated, kitchen is equipped very nicely, we had everything we needed, it was very clean, apartment was big and comfy, good location.

Cons: The walls are very thin so it was loud at night, the hot water in the bathrooms gets wasted pretty quickly, the lock on the apartment door is useless, a proper lock should be put on the door. Other than that, we had an amazing stay.

Pros: Rusafa area is amazing. Everything is close. Apartment was great.

Great base for our week in Valencia, would recommend

Pros: Great location south of the old town and train station, near to local restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable studio apartment with well equipped kitchen. Tea towels, dishcloth and washing up liquid were a welcome inclusion. Comfy bed/pillows. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The shower room smelt slightly damp but maybe because it had no windows. Not a lot of storage for clothes in a studio apartment but not a deal breaker

Comfortable stay in the heart of Russafa

Pros: Ability to drop luggage off before the check-in time and the central location.

Cons: No coffee pods for the machine!

Pros: The location is great,you are near centre and also near train station.

Cons: Tools in the kitchen were dirty and we got the smallest room.I think that is not even in the pictures.

Pros: A pleasant apartment near the metro station. Freshly and cozily furnished. We had a nice time.

Cons: On the first night there were neighbors upstairs who made a lot of noise until 2 a.m. I understand this is not something the host can be held responsible for. The check-in instructions were sent only on the day of arrival and were very precise, down to the minute. I’m not sure if that’s a plus or a minus — as a host myself, I understand the concern that sharing the details too early might allow someone to check in before the agreed time. However, as a guest, I would have preferred the process to feel a bit more organized.
