Pros: Good location, great sized space, close to restaurants and train station. Staff were helpful.
Cons: There is no sound proofing and you can hear people outside, upstairs, and outside the room. We were unlucky to have very very loud upstairs neighbours who did not repect the quiet hours at all (loud until midnight and when they came home around 6am) for multiple nights until we complained, the staff were good and told the people they would be kicked out if it happened again (staff are awesome).

Comfortable stay.
Pros: the cleaning staff were very polite, friendly and did a great job. the amenities (bicycle and luggage storage was very nice). I arrived early before check-in and was able to use the administration building while waiting and I am so grateful. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable.
Cons: I stayed in room #2 by the main entrance.... the toilet flushing upstairs is loud but there is no leakage so that is a good thing :)

Pros: Posizione eccezionale nel cuore di Ruzafa, il quartiere più conosciuto per locali e ristoranti, e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Valencia. Struttura molto pulita, ampia e accogliente. Molto disponibili per qualsiasi cosa

Pros: Posizione ottima nel quartiere di Ruzafa, ricco di locali e negozietti. Ho viaggiato da sola e mi sono sentita sempre sicura. Ben collegato alle maggiori attrazioni con i mezzi pubblici. Appartamento grande e ben arredato. Il check-in è stato molto semplice e intuitivo con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in dei locker prima del check-in
Cons: La pulizia non è molto accurata. In bagno ho trovato qualche capello e in cucina c'erano macchie di sugo.

Pros: molto bello e comodo, c'era tanto spazio e abbiamo trovato la struttura pulita e ordinata. molto comoda la stanza affianco alla struttura per poter lasciare le valigie. posizione comoda con fermate dei mezzi vicine e facilità a raggiungere il centro anche a piedi.
Cons: purtroppo il nostro appartamento era al piano terra e si affacciava sulla strada, inoltre si sentivano un po' troppo i rumori dall'esterno e dall'appartamento sopra

Mooi appartement, mooie locatie, slechte isolatie
Pros: De verhuurders waren heel vriendelijk en hebben alles duidelijk doorgegeven. De ligging was ideaal, ongeveer 5 minuten wandelen van een metro halte en veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden in de buurt. Het appartement zelf was netjes en goed onderhouden. Naast het appartement kan je gemakkelijk je bagage of fietsen stockeren. Super handig!
Cons: Het was heel gehorig. We zaten in het appartement aan de voorkant op het gelijkvloers. Telkens wanneer er iemand binnen kwam, leek het alsof ze in ons appartement stonden. Ook wanneer mensen op het appartement boven ons of in de hal aan het praten waren, leek het alsof ze naast je stonden. Heel jammer, zijn hier vaak door wakker geworden aangezien andere gasten dikwijls om 3u 's nachts nog lawaai hadden/aan het praten waren.

Pros: Мне понравилось большое пространство в зале и уютная комната, закрывающиеся шторами свисающими с высокого потолка. Мне так же понравилось его крепление сделано из дерева. Дверь на стене разбавляет общий интерьер комнаты и делает его более живой. Персонал приятный и всегда готов помочь, так что, им отдельное спасибо. Расположение было весьма удобным.
