We loved Valencia for its architecture and the gentleness of the Valencians. Despite some rain (mostly in the morning),

Pros: Location, cleanliness, amenities, friendly host. Close to the train station.

Cons: Unfortunately, heavy rain in Valencia caused a leak from the ceiling in the main bedroom (not over the bed). Our host could not fix the problem but responded rapidly to our request by installs water pails under the leaks so the rainwater would not accumulate on the floor. Our host even offered to reimburse us the rent for our last night in the apartment or to relocate us in another apartment if we wanted. It was not necessary but we truly appreciated the offer.

Great hosts and apartment in good location.

Pros: Great communication from host, who met us at the property to show us around. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, comfortable beds and great showers. Good location with plenty of local restaurants, cafés, bars & patisseries. Level 20 min walk into historic centre.

Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, great location.

Cons: It's quite noisy in the room located next to the street.

Pros: Location, spacious, ground floor, fresh, outdoor area, well-equiped kitchen, good showers. We loved the ground floor ease, it felt like our group could pop out to the shop / a cafe/ a bar with ease and no large commitment; it just simply worked excellently. Loved it, would book again.

Cons: Everything was great, we enjoyed it thoroughly. Perhaps more pillows.

Pros: Ottima posizione e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Con 2 bagni e 3 camere separate si adatta bene anche a 2 famiglie

Pros: Veel ruimte, het is schoon en netjes en voldeed zeker aan de verwachtingen

Cons: Het viel zeker niet tegen maar een extra wasrek om de was te drogen zou fijn zijn en je kunt niet in de zon zitten in de buitenplaats (ook bekend)

Mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen

Pros: Het appartement was ruim , we waren met drie en ligt in een rustige straat , je hebt vlakbij een supermarkt, en een fietsenverhuur , het strand is verder weg .

Cons: Tien uur is vroeg om het appartement te verlaten bij dag van vertrek, je kan je bagage niet achterlaten bij een late vlucht , in de buurt zijn er wel plaatsen waar de bagage kan geplaatst worden.

Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de stad

Pros: We waren met vijf personen en de ruimte was prima voor ons. Er zijn 6 slaapplekken (1 stapelbed en 2 kamers met een 2-persoonsbed), wat voor grotere groepen ook ideaal is.

Cons: Het enige minpuntje was dat er niet genoeg tassen en bestek aanwezig waren, wat een klein ongemak was. Dit zou wat beter kunnen worden afgestemd voor de gasten.
