A really nice stay in Valencia.

Pros: The landlord met us after midnight to welcome us. The flat was quiet, but central. It was really clean and well equiped.

Lovely apartment, central and clean

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds, hot shower, washing machine. The location is perfect in Rufasa, close to all pubs and restaurants. 😊 there is a climb up the stairs but if you don't have mobility issues it shouldn't be a problem at all.

Cons: Nada.

Nice and spacious

Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious, and had all facilities we needed. Was very close to the train station, being only a 15 minute walk, and close to supermarkets and restaurants.The owner, Miguel, was very friendly, meeting us downstairs and then showing us through everything within the apartment.

Cons: Be warned if you have heavy luggage - the apartment is up four flights of narrow winding stairs with no elevator.

Pros: La posizione era eccellente per visitare il centro e comoda anche ai mezzi pubblici. La casa offriva spazi adeguati per 3 persone. Il papà di Raquel, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto cordialmente dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno ed è stato carinissimo. In cucina c'erano the e tisane a disposizione del cliente.

Cons: Le lenzuola copri materasso di un letto singolo erano macchiate, il divano letto scomodo per dormire e il lenzuolo non abbastanza lungo per un adulto. Gli asciugamani avevano un odore sgradevole, quello tipico dell'umidità. Consiglio inoltre di stabilizzare il doccino della doccia alla parete, quando ho provato a fissarlo il pezzo si è disintegrato.

Pros: Fijne appartement met alles wat je evt. nodig zou kunnen hebben. Het zag er netjes en schoon uit. Goede locatie ook. Erg vriendelijk ontvangen.

Cons: Eigenlijk niks. We wisten alleen niet dat het appartement op de 3e verdieping zit. Maar was prima verder.

Pros: Très joli appartement très bien placé. Bar, restaurant et supermarché à proximité. Très proche de la gare et du Colisée. Très réactive au message et faciliter des remises des clés. Il y a tout dans l'appartement pour se sentir comme chez soi. Je recommande sans soucis cet appartement.

Cons: La climatisation est un peu bruyante dans la chambre.
