Nice to stay
Pros: Best thing about our stay was location; for us the house was in the best part of the city , so nice and calm part of the city. The flat was also walking distance to train station and city center. With kids it was so easy to reach where we wanted to go. It was also great experience to stay in such nice old valencian building.
Cons: The only thing that might be improved can be cleaning; floor and kitchen materials could be little more cleaner. We needed to wash them before we use.

Very cosy and perfect for families.
Pros: The appartement was located in a nice area of Valencia and it was very beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit dark, needed more light.

Pros: The location of the apartment itself is great. It is a very short stroll to local bars and cafes in Russafa, a short walk to the old town, and there are great connections close to places all over Valencia. The tram down the road takes you to the city of sciences, planetarium and oceanarium in 4 stops only. There is a bus stop on the next main road, from where the 92 bus takes you directly to the marina. Xativa metro station is a 10 minutes walk away and takes you directly to the airport. It's the perfect location for a long weekend trip with backpacks only. Communication with the owners was great.
Cons: Not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues, the steep stairs to the 3rd floor might be a problem. We did stay in early January and it showed that the apartment is not too well insulated, so we had to run the air cons to warm the place which environmentally is not the best thing. As others have mentioned, there are pigeons nesting to the back of the property and they can become vocal at times.

Pros: Location is great, apartment is spacious. We've really liked area, and quality of the rooms. I would recommend that place to anyone visiting Valencia. I might get back some other time. A lot of bars, restaurants in the area or shop if you would need anything.

A home from home
Pros: great location and lovely characterful property with modern amenities - loved the old beams
Cons: would have liked more pillows and a mirror in each bedroom would be a great addition

We loved València and the people are so helpful and nice.its a beautiful city to visit
Pros: The property is in a great location. It’s very nice inside and the rooms are good. The AC’s are very Good. The place is light too. It’s on the roof as it’s the Loft so if you have an issue with stairs, maybe it’s not for you. The shower is good although the shower hand held was broken. There is no balcony to speak of as I was lead to believe there was one. The only area is where the AC’s outlet are and it’s too hot to sit there…
Cons: Just the fact there’s no balcony to sit on… the front door lock is hard to open. Maybe fix that…you have to leave a deposit of a 100 euro for the insurance. I’ve never had to do that before with booking.com. Also, when you book the accommodation and try to get in contact with them. They send an automated message, but they never get back to you. See a question it totally unanswered… When we met the person who let us in we had a WhatsApp number for her and she was very good. Even with booking.com they took nine days to get back to me after I asked a question… A little disappointed with that I must admit as I book with them all the time.

Super appartement à Valence pour visiter entre amis
Pros: Très pratique comme emplacement. Jolie décoration de l’appartement. Pièce à vivre très sympa. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Hôtes très gentils et réactifs !
Cons: Le nettoyage du sol et la clim du salon laissaient un tout petit peu à désirer. Mais très correct tout de même. Les climatisations des chambres fonctionnaient super bien.
