WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF VALENCIA

Clean, comfortable and a great location

Pros: Beautifully presented and in an excellent location

Cons: Nothing it has everything we needed

Pros: We loved the apartment there was everything you need in a home away from home. It was very comfortable and well laid out. The area which the apartment is in is also a great place to stay. There are lots of places to eat very near by. The old town is a short walk which makes this place a great place to stay when in Valencia.

Would definitely visit again!

Pros: Really cozy decor and SO clean. Bed was very comfortable. On a central but quiet street. Amazing location!

Cons: The stairs are a bit tricky for tall people, and not more than 4-5 min of hot water for the showers got a bit annoying.

Pros: we could pick up the keys earlier and leave our luggage

Cons: there was a leakage underneath the bathroom floor which caused a continuous damp bathroom floor

Pros: The apartment is in a charming old building. It is spacious, nicely decorated and well-equipped. We liked the vintage pieces of furniture. The location is close to top attractions and many restaurants.

Cons: The bathroom floor needs a little renovation.

Well-maintained apartment in lively neighbourhood

Pros: Excellent neighbourhood, well-equipped apartment, clean and well maintained - but the best: unlikely most mediterreanean apartments this one has excellent lightning! Different options to switch on lights create a cosy atmosphere and the many candles are an additional plus.

Cons: The staircase looks a bit weird and is very narrow - maybe a good idea to mention it in the description. The decoration with dozens of artificial flowers is disturbing for a Northerner‘s eyes who are used to real flowers (or no flowers as well). But there is enough space in the closet to make them disappear. The photo of the balcony is a bit flattery, as there isn‘t hardly enough space to sit there alone (and if you want to lower the shutter you have to remove the table). Last not least: it would be nice to have for an additional pack of towels for a 6-night stay.

Pros: апартаментът е с прекрасен интериор, с централна климатизация и голяма модерна баня с всички удобства. Намира се в артистичния квартал Руфаса, наблизо има удобна автобусна спирка и станция на метро. Кухнята е отлично заредена с всякакви уреди, навсякъде е много чисто и снабдено с всякакви препарати за пералнята и съдомиялната машина. Силно препоръчвам!

Pros: Appartamento arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort

Cons: La scala condominiale di accesso all’appartamento è piuttosto scomoda e sporca (polvere di calcinacci). Consiglierei una maggiore pulizia delle parti condominiali per non portare lo sporco in casa sotto le suole delle scarpe
