Pros: In general its a good property to have your stay for a few days. Its also closeby to many shops and relatively close to the centre of valencia. I like the room and the kitchen it had good range of utensils to cook and other utilities like microwave and fridge was also nice and tidy.
Cons: I think the cleanliness can be better. They used some kind of detergent or house cleaning liquid on the floor which had a very strong and weird smell and it didn't go away till the last day we stayed. That was the only thing that had me annoyed. The neighbourhood is also a bit noisy because of construction work that is happening right in front of the house.

Excellent accom with everything you need
Pros: Excellent accommodation with everything you need including aircon, comfy bed, balcony, towels, toiletries. We arrived early and the host kindly let us check-in, and showed us around. Toilet and shower area are large and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, and you get your own shelf in the fridge. Apartment has good washer and dryer, and a patio area. There is also a dining room. There's a lift to get up to the first floor if you need it. Museum of fine arts, Royal Park, Turia Park, and Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are all nearby. Old town over the former river and a bit of a walk. Bus station nearby, train station less so.
Cons: Shower really needs a curtain or screen, and the flick mixer should be changed to something smaller that you won't bump into and change water temp or turn it off. Other than that, this place is pretty much perfect.

Pros: Great place! We definitely felt like staying at a friend's place. Room is spacious and not furnished with ikea so it really has its own atmosphere. Little balcony is a nice addition. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere was clean. We also enjoyed a little terrace even though. It's definitely more like home than a hotel with small rooms where everything looks the same.

It was wonderful
Pros: The location was right by a tram and bus station making it easier to get around Valencia as well as only being at 20 minute to Jardí del Túria which if crossed showed off the old town of Valencia. The room was lovely and we felt very cared for with water, shower gel toilet paper and towels waiting for us upon arrival. The staff were able to let us in two hours am early which we are very grateful for and although she didn’t speak English she was able translate everything on her phone messaging me and ensuring that if we needed anything to let her know.

Pros: Chambre triple avec salle de bain privée. Un grand frigo dans la chambre bien pratique mais qui fait du bruit Terrasse extérieure agréable Bien desservi par le tramway ( arrêt sagunt ) Proche du centre historique ( 15/20 minutes à pied ) Malgré notre retard, la personne nous a bien accueillie
Cons: Un colocataire vraiment désagréable, avec aucune notion de politesse, se promène en caleçon toute la journée !!! Vaisselle sale laissée par des anciens colocataires dans l'évier, le four, les placards

Consigliato x rapporto qualità/prezzo .
Pros: La propietaria è gentilissima , siamo arrivati in ritardo ed è stata disponibile ad aspettarci. Struttura pulita, presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari x una vacanza di una settimana. Vicinanza alla metro tranvia n4.
Cons: Purtroppo non c'è il maniglione nella doccia.

Pros: V redu soba s souporabo kuhinje in lastno kopalnico, klimo in hladilnikom. V bližini mestnega avtobusa, torej lahka dostopnost do znamenitosti v Valenciji.
Cons: Visoka temperatura, nad 35 stopinj. Verjetno neprimeren čas obiska. Priporočam pomlad ali jesen.

Pros: Les consignes pour accéder à l'appartement étaient très claires , par échanges sur Booking , très grande réactivité . Nous avons été bien accueillis malgré la barrière de la langue . La chambre était simple , composée d'un lit pour 2 personnes , avec ce qu'il fallait. La climatisation fonctionnait bien . La cuisine nous était accessible, avec une place dédiée dans le frigo. Les propriétaires n'étaient pas présents. Il y a une SDB partagée mais nous n'avons vu personne d'autre . L'appartement était très propre . Le quartier était plutôt calme . L'emplacement est un peu excentré, mais 30 mn à pied du centre historique. Bien desservie par les bus .
Cons: Il y a un seul bémol , mais peut être dû à d'autres touristes Une odeur très importante de tabac lorsqu'on rentrait dans l'appartement. Heureusement cette odeur n'était pas dans la chambre .

Pros: К моему удивлению - в квартире было всё, что нужно для жизни. Есть возможность постирать вещи, приготовить еду, очень удобная кровать и подушки. Хозяин быстро отвечает на вопросы. Уютная квартирка с террасой.
Cons: Напротив была стройка и очень слышно людей на улице

Fácil de llegar y ambiente muy lindo
Pros: La estadía fue muy cálida, nos recibió un chico en nombre de la señora de booking. Todo muy cordial, cualquier duda ella te responde por WhatsApp en menos de 5 minutos. El wifi excelente lo único malo es que no hay tele para ver en la noche en las habitaciones pero tiene aire acondicionado frio/calor.
