Our first selection when we are in Valencia

Pros: Great location, close to good bars and on walking distance to the city center.

Pros: Great location and value for money. Very basic but exactly as advertised.

Cons: There was only one key between us which resulted ine not being able to get in on one occasion.

Good for couples, friends and families with children. (for babies it is questionable)

Pros: The room part of an apartment. Having small children we booked the room With private bathroom. There were other 4 rooms and 2 common toilets. However, every guest was nice and quite all very respectful. I hope my babies cries in the middle of the night were not heard! The owner was very prompt in assisting us with the AC as we couldn't get it running. But this was fixed in like 15 minutes from Arriving. We needed a fridge for some medicine. It was clean it was present and we appreciated this facility very much The apartment is close to a pharmacy, market place, bfast place, bus stops that take you anywhere you'd like. With kids having these locations close are essential! For a family with grown kids this place is actually good.

Cons: Having a baby means we would have a pram. I do belive that this is sort of obvious. I would have appreciated knowing that there are stairs and no lifts or no safe place to leave the pram. My husband went up and down the stairs at least 2-4-6 times a day with it so we don't leave anything in the middle. If I were alone I would have had to change my staying ending up stranded. Yes all guests are advice to keep the window closed due to the cats. I actually saw the cat in the small garden in the dark. Just waiting. I belive that the doors should all be closed at night even the one taking you outside to the chill area. The cat comes in from there. I picked up the rubbish 2-3 times then I just gave up. I always take own detergent to wash clothes. I couldn't find any maybe I didn't look well enough. There is a construction proximal to the apartment and the tumble dryer is full of dust. Something subjective, maybe it's a cultural habitual thing but the mattresses were really hard. It felt like we sank in them and just couldn't move. Our eldest changed bed every day. But this is very subjective.

Air-conditioning champion

Pros: Clear instructions on how to access property and good-sized rooms. Air-conditioning worked well!

Cons: Cockroach in bathroom. Toiletries supplied would be nice.

Pros: It was clean and functional, it is also affordable. I liked the kitchen facilities.

Cons: There was a cat entering the kitchen at night and eating from the trash bin, the kitchen door should be kept closed. The main door is quite difficult to open.

Pros: Great location, on a walking distance to the city center. Easy check in/out, clean and comfortable room.

Cons: Uper sheet to cover yourself during the night was missing, but It was not cold, so no problem.

amazing place!!! definitely recommend!

Pros: The location was great, right next to 3 bus top, taking you to different directions, also the tram was 10 minute away. There is a shop, pizza shop and gas station nearby. We had fresh towels and our room was even cleaned. The air condition, Wi-Fi and TV were working without any problems.

Cons: For the amount of money I have spent on booking the room, I really have nothing to complain about.

Pros: Room was a nice size, air con was great and the blanket that was provided. More than one bathroom as there were many rooms. Free car parking

Cons: Extra pillows would have been good

Pros: The room and the bathroom were clean. There is a transport right to the centre. It has a kitchen with everything you need.

Cons: Our room was small.
