Pros: You can go inside and outside whenever you want. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and clean. The room is fully compliant with the photos.

Cons: It's not possible to regulate the heater in the room and it was a bit cold inside.

everything was good

Pros: we had the bedroom with the private bathroom, so we had the entire first floor for us. But we could also connect with other people in the shared kitchen and living room. For me it was very good. We had everything we needed.

Cons: You should know that rhe AC is centralized, so you cannot manage it by yourself, but for us the setting was perfect. Also something that would have been nice is, if we could let our baggage stay there even if we already checked out, because our flight was very late.

Good balance between cost and quality

Pros: The location, amenities, and internet are top notch. For a reasonable price, you get a shared kitchen with dishes, all appliances from a refrigerator to a microwave and coffee maker.

Cons: Be prepared for the fact that the room itself is only for sleeping.

Pros: - The price-performance ratio of the accommodation is very good - The communication with the accommodation was optimal and we were well prepared for the check in - There were several transport connections to the city within a few minutes' walk - The size of the accommodation was suitable - Our own bedroom and bathroom were kept clean very well

Cons: Some parts of the equipment on the terrace and in the shared kitchen could have been better maintained or would have need to be renewed

Pros: Nice little spot in a quiet corner of the city. The owners were really helpful and responded to my questions promptly. The property had good facilities.

Pros: It was a very nice apartment with lovely furniture. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. There is a nice terrace with a BBQ.

Cons: The radiators weren't clean and the bidet is totally impractical to use Also, I found used soap stuckb to the shower tray

Pros: Staff was very good and private, overall a nice stay.

Cons: Bed was pretty small, but that's it

Pros: Hello, I had a great time in your apartment, thank you very much for the cleanliness, coziness and comfort. Everything was great, the kitchen is equipped with everything. Very good location, the metro is 15 minutes walk away, buses are generally 3 minutes away. Quiet, calm place. Thank you for the excellent service.

small but cozy room for a few night’s stay

Pros: cozy and cute room, very small but enough for a few nights stay. bathroom was clean (the hosts cleaned it halfway through our stay as well!) and equipped with hairdryer, as well as soaps and shampoos left from other guests, very good way to recycle things that you cannot take to the airport. place is not in the city centre but very well connected with buses and trams, at night as well. you don’t have a key and this is very nice if you’re someone like me always anxious of losing your copy, both main entrance and room entrance had codes on the handles.

Cons: rooms are not very soundproof, so expect to hear if other people are walking or using the kitchen/showering. was not a problem for me but someone may care about it. also, A/C (definitely needed in the summer) is not adjustable and in my opinion was set a bit too strong, so sometimes you could be a bit cold, but we found blankets in the closet, so again, not a big issue!

Pros: Easy self check-in, all instructions are clear and there is a keypad code access. We were delighted to stay in this apartment, we were able to cook because the kitchen is very well equipped and we met very nice other guests during our stay. we were enjoying our stay in Valencia and we will be back for sure!
